"cx complaint is the RF burner not working properly. cx said when using RF burner they could feel heat from under unit and then the cabinet door blew open and hit cx in the knee. cx used unit again, RF burner and heard a loud whoosh and a large flame blew the lid off the pot that was cooking on that burner. i used gas meter under unit and it did not go off. started RF burner, flames look good. meter under unit started going off after a few min of burner being on. same happened on LF. turned on center burner and it ran for a min then made a loud pop and had a large flame. i verified all burners are converted correctly. checked the reg and found it is not convered to LP and the threads are stripped on that cap so it can not be tightened down properly. ordering reg.; ordrng 1 W11087445 (regulator)"

arrived and used gas detector under unit at all connections to gas supply and regulator. meter went off when held at the bottom of the regulator where the gas line attaches. i was able to tighten that connection up a little bit. installed plate and tested unit. let the left front burner run on low while fan was running on high. buner no longer clicks when fan is running. tested around regulator again after letting it air out under counter. meter still goes off. i can not tighten the line up any more. ordering new regulator for return visit because thats the only spot leak detector is going off.; ordrng 1 W11087445 (regulator)

cx complaint is the unit freezing food in the fridge section. unit is set to 40/1. my prob shows 33/2. i found the damper is working properly. ran test 141 for fresh food thermistor. it reads 48 degrees when my prob just confimed unit is 33 degrees. replaced control and harness with preIDed part. programmed board and set to recomended temps. unit is working as designed.

cx complaint that unit is having odor from the oven when igniting and had no issues with it igniting.. the unit doesnt have and odor when sitting with no operation like leaking from the unit for house/lines/regulartor.. found the unit is correct as natural gas and not lp... the unit top burners are fully functional.. no issues igniting. found the unit to light up with one click and had it preheat it to 350 in normal time and and when reached 350 the unit does shut gas off. and did 1 click ignite coming bacck on.. i cant smell anything adnormal as far as the smell besides basic heating up smell as the gas is purging when heating. infromed them to possbly contact gas compnay to see if output is to strong... i see no adnormal signs of operations today and no signs of leaking gas....

i was able to access unit and replace the condenser fan blade. tested fan and it tested good. cx also complained about frost building up in RC by where the cold are comes down from the FC. she mentioned about maybe leaving the door open slightly. i started by checking temps in the FC i got a reading with my thermal cuppler of 0 degrees. In the RC I got aroud 38 degrees. unit checks good0ttiitttttttt

"Cs washer doesnt want to finish cycle, confirmed complaint. Washer goes from sense to wash then back to sense and repeats no trouble codes and it finishes a automatic test cycle. Calibrated control and still doing it, called techline and found the house has hot/neu reversed and the outlet is connected to multiple loads , stove ,lights microwave and more the customer stated that they just kept adding outlets to on breaker. cx complaint unit is leaking from the door from the ice maker. at first sight i did not see water anywhere in pocket of door or on floor. inspected unit and first tested the ice door. ice door is opening and closing with no issue. seal also seems good. took a interinal temp of ice box and got 25 degrees. unit is keeping ice box cold. its possiable a piece of ice got jammed in the ice door causing ice to heat up and melt. water then ran down into door and on to floor.

cx complaint: unit is not finishing cycles. stored fault code F7E1(tachometer missing or wrong signal) ran diagnostic cycle and F7E1 fault code came up at start of spin. replaced actuator and motor. ran test #3 for drive system. found slow agitationa and slow spin both activated within 20 seconds. ran diagnostic test again and found unit is fullly functional and working a designed. fault code did not reappear.
