replaced element per Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964. tested and the unit is not leaking.

cx says they plug the unit into any outlet and it trips the breaker. found that when i plug the unit in it does trip the breaker. was able to find no resistance between l1 and n on the cord. compressor resistance is good. disconnected everything from the control and found the unit doesnt trip the breaker. added connections back until i found the p3 connection is whats tripping the breaker. the condencer fan and compressor activated without tripping the breaker. disconnected everything off the ice maker assembly and reconnected and nothing tripped the breaker. the unit is beginning to cool good. put the unit into diagnostics and test 25 activates the ice maker and does a full revolution and fills. the unit hasnt tripped the breaker after testing all components on p3.

replaced all parts and tested and checked unit. unit checks. advised cx to use unit a few times and see how it does and call back if needed. job complete.

Cx complaint units door gasket frayed and the metal came out. The insert the customer thought was burned it was just metal color of the insert snake skin. Removed and replaced the door gasket and added new adhesive tested and inspected for proper use unit now functions normally

"Cs refrigerator isnt cooling but freezer is, I found that moisture is entering the unit somehow and blocked the return vents to the the fridge not allowing cold air to circulate. The top of the gasket in the freezer door had alot of ice build up but it was sealing . I defrosted vent and took my heat gun to the door gaskets so it can expand and make a better seal. Evap heater turn on and the drain isnt clogged.Unit is now working as designed , advised customer to call us back if problem persist."

I then called WP Tech Line and ddiscused my findings . UNit will need a sealed system repair. I am ordering 1 Evap Coil (W10836706), 1 compressor (WPW10507886), and 1 drier filter (W10843121). WP TL line wants a failed pressure reading befor Sealed system is completed and also reccomemnded the use of Nitrogen and soapy water to pin point a possibel leak. Something happening with either the valve not closing fully, the control software or the float switch not functioning properly. CX complaint unit not cooling. Inspected and found the brown wire from the evap harness to the male element connector was pulled completly out of the plastic connector. "Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water from the dispenser. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found when the ice is dispensed it occasionally gets caught in the seperator mouth. Then the ice caught melts resulting in leaking. The unit is working fine, just the timing of the ice dispensing stopping is slower than the seperator closing. The unit is working as designed. No part or modification can be made to prevent this occasionally issue I have called techline before for this complaint."

CX canceled with me in the driveway. He informed me that he is buying new unit. I am moving on.

CX complai t is that cooling in both the Rc and FC has stoped . I found no frost pattern on the Evap and the compressot to be running extreamly hot. I reccomneded a Sealed system repiar. "Cx complaint that the unit's freezer drawer is not sliding out properly and the door has dents. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The freezer middle drawer is loose and has difficulty pulling it out, the left wheel of the middle basket is cracked and not sliding properly. It is very wobbly not allowing it to be pulled out correctly. The RC doors have a few dents in them, I took pictures. The unit will need new RC doors and a middle basket for the return visit. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. WPTL systems were down at time so he could not supply me with an . Ordering left RC door. Cannot reschedule because this is an AIG contract and also oversized part that will be shipped to CX. CX is aware to inspect the door upon arrival for any damages and then to contact VIA for the next step; ordrng 1 LW10561928 (dor-fip) and 1 W10407212 (gasket-fip)

Cx complaint is unit giving an f3e3 error message for shorted meat probe. Found the nut for the jack to be backing off and not allowing the meat probe to be plugged all the way in. It plugged in far enough for it to reconize but not transfer data. Tightened nut on jack and unit is now working as designed. job is complete.

Cx complaint is unit not draining. tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the drain pump to be defective. Replaced drain pump from pre id and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete

CX complaint is dryer keeps tripping breaker. Inspected but could not verify complaint because it did not happen while I tested it for 15mins. Checked voltage at terminal block and got 120/120/240 and during testing there was no voltage drop and the unit was heating good. Builder because of DE code has arc-fault breakers installed and this is likely the issue. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete. Verified POP as 3/11/22
