"unit is in warranty per receipt p.o.p. saved to quik pics. cx complaint unit is brand new and cx said she smelled gas and oven didnt not light, oven is in fact lighting and what cx is smelling is the oven burning off which ovens will do as they are brand new and need to burn off excess oils and such from production. unit tests good, advised cx she can use oven and burn off will dissipate over her first few uses or she can set the oven to 350 and run it one time for a few hours and get it over in one shot, also suggested she put a fan at her closest window to draw the smoke and odor out of the home. unit working as designed, job complete."

"cx complaint unit is sparking at other burners when one burner is already lit. inspected unit and found for example that when the left front burner was lit the remaining three burners would continue to spark. this is due to failure within the spakr module. however due to the age of the unit, the screws within the burners heads that MUST be removed in order to access the spark mod, are completely seized in the burner base assemblys. unit will need new burner screws and burner bases to access the spark module.; ordrng 1 74010774 (orifice ho) and 1 74010772 (orifice ho) and 1 74010773 (holder-orf) and 1 W11416836 (orifice holder) and 8 WP3368921 (screw-torx)s"

Custoemr complaint unit is not cooling. The unit cools then warms and she has to turning it off some time and then the unit runs fine then it warms up. I check frost pattern and ther eis not build up. The unit is been running for a couple of days. There is a little bit of frost build up on the top. Ran unit and the evap is taking a long time to frost up and the top is frosted but the bottom is not. I pulled unit out and tested compressor and the comrpessor is really hot ans is reading .8 amps. But is extremely hot. BAd compressor. COmpressor is not longer available. Customer is going to start looking for a new one. collected 120

"cx complaint unit cooling too aggesively in the fc as well as air leak frost occuring around the ice door chute. multiple service calls on unit. previous parts replaced include: thermistor (twice), diffuser (twice), silicone liner, data logger used to confirm extreme temps, ice chute, control, fan motor. checked temps upon arrival and found multiple items in fc to be around -9 (minus nine) indicating a continued issue of over cooling fc. contacted techline again to further report made on sr7733300869. found that when the diffuser was replaced on 05/23/22 the interlocking tabs were not fully engaged behind the fc reciever. this caused excessve transfer of cold and warm ari between both compartments and erratic temps. confirmed diag with TL, corrected diffuser, unit checks now good."
