"CX complai t is that the tuni is not cooling in ether section. I foun d that the the evap has no forst patter. I accessed the compressor compartment and took a AMP draw on the compressor and found a .37AMP draw. I used a UV light to detech any leaking and found none. I then called WP Tech Line and ddiscused my findings . UNit will need a sealed system repair. I am ordering 1 Evap Coil (W10836706), 1 compressor (WPW10507886), and 1 drier filter (W10843121). WP TL line wants a failed pressure reading befor Sealed system is completed and also reccomemnded the use of Nitrogen and soapy water to pin point a possibel leak. Return visit will need to be 3 CALL COUNTED due to the time it takes to complete a sealed system repair. please see SR # 7733793303; ordrng 1 W10836706 (Evap coil) and 1 WPW10507886 (compressor 35 @ tribs) and 1 W10843121 (drier 100 @tribs) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen) and 1 3CALLCOUNT (3 CALL COUNT)"

"Cs refrigerator isnt cooling but freezer is, I found that moisture is entering the unit somehow and blocked the return vents to the the fridge not allowing cold air to circulate. The top of the gasket in the freezer door had alot of ice build up but it was sealing . I defrosted vent and took my heat gun to the door gaskets so it can expand and make a better seal. Evap heater turn on and the drain isnt clogged.Unit is now working as designed , advised customer to call us back if problem persist."
