"cx complaint unit isnt making ice and lights are not working. inspected unit and entered it into diag and did test 56 got error code E5. ran test 57 and found unit to harvested ice into ice bin. ran test 45 and unit did dispense water to ice maker. ran test 36 and fan came on. ran test 37 passed. test both the thermistor in the ice box and in the ice maker, p8-1p8-2, 4.79 khoms, p7-1p7-2, 5.81kohm. called TL (SR7733756454) ice maker fan was not on till i unplugged unit to test the thermistors. as soon as i plugged unit back in unit started running 3 mins in and fan turned itself off. tested voltage to fan and found 14.5vdc. unit needs ice maker fan, and 1 led module. qouted 547.19 to cx and she paid in full. installed led module (W1130208) lights all work. ordering 1 (W10846539). ; ordrng 1 W10846539 (evaporator fan blade)"

The ice maker has slushy water in it, The fridge is not cold enough, I looked for refrigerant leaks but i didnt find any. I checked the evap thermistor and it was reading 10k. Rc Evap is buidling a good frost pattern. Ordering Evap fan harness with the thermistors to remedy the off temps in the fridge. Cx complaint unit doesn't wash dishes. Entered diag and found error codes F7E1 no heat and F6E4 float switch open and F6E1 no water. Ran test and unit filled but no activation from pump. The pump made buzzing sounds. Accessed control and no voltage at P5-2 to P5-1 connection. Also found no voltage at P4-4 to P4-3 connection for heat. Gave cx quote for control and heater repair and he'll be purchasing new unit. Cx paid 120 service fee

"wanted to rediagnose to make sure heater was the issue. ran diagnostics, f7e1 no heat and f3e3 owi failed calibration. ran test cycle and element heated and is getting 120v. control disabled heater because it sensed an issue with heating circuit. owi thermistor ohms out a 46kohms which should be good. noticed during test cycle the whole unit would vibrate alot and it would come and go throughout whole cycle. called via tech support and was advised sump asm is more than likely cause of issue but still possible it could be control or owi. subtracted cost of heater from sump asm. 84.13heater+5.05tax=89.18 taken out of sump asm cost. sump asm + tax= 253.57. 253.57-89.18= 164.39. cx declined repair and wanst refund. advised 120SC nonrefundable. called office to refund 214.18"

"cx complaint unit not heating properly on normal intermittently, some clothes still damp and seems cold when cycle is done. no errors stored. unit heating good and airflow out of vent is good. cx said timed dry works fine but on normal some clothes damp and some are dry. advised cx to sort laundry by fabric type as different fabrics absorb moisture differently and an item that drys faster may rub against the moisture sensors and cause unit to end cycle or use timed dry cycle. cx understands and will call back if still having issues. everything working properly at this time."

"complaint is the unit not dispensing ice again. found bin full, ice chtue is not clogged with ice. i tried dispesing cubes and it worked properly. cx said they just cleared a large clump of ice from the chute. also said sometimes it also only dispenses 1-2 cubes at a time with a long pause between cubes causing it to take a while to fill th cube. confirmed that complaint. called techline, they said it sounds like auger motor is running to fast/to slow at times. advised replacing auger motor and coupler as all other parts have been replaced. 7733754034. i found the ice piled up at the front of the bin. unit is leaning forward. cubes may be piling up and jamming. leveled unit. ordering coupler and motor. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 W11310391 (motor) and 1 WPW10169511 (coupling)"
