"Cx complaint is that the noise came back after 1 load after the last reapir. Upon arrival I was show a video of the issue. I entered into diag mode and found an F0E3, F3E2 and an F7E5. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit was not going into spin. I spun the basket by hand and was able to hear the gear case bearings have failed. I then inspected the slider and found that the slider had seperated. I quoted the cx that the cost of the repairs. Cx is dicussing the quote with his spouse. Job complete"

Complaint doors not aligned. Inspected and found the RC door was sitting a little below the FC door and the top of the RC door was a little more pushed out then the FC door. Adjusted the RC door to raise and match the FC door. That also pulled in the top of the RC door. CX was also unhappy with the way the door hinge looks and is exposed and I explained to the CX that unfortunatly that's the way this unit is designed to look and there wasn't a part or adjustment to change the look. CX complaint is no cool. Unit has been sitting in garage for awhile unplugged. Checked thermistor and it was connected to discharge line not the return line. Turned power on and both fans and compressor turned on. Amp draw was 0.23. Installed UV drier and coupler.checked with nitrogen to make sure no restrictions and there was air coming out of drier. Finished hooking drier and did pressure test and it sat at 140psi for 15mins. Vac'd unit down to 30in for 15 mins. After closing gauges the vac held. Filled unit with 4.25oz of R134a. Low side pressure was 2psi and high side was 150psi. Informed CX to give unit 36-48 hrs to get to temps. Job is complete

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the unit unplugged, I plugged it in and it turned on. The unit is receiving 122v from the wall. I noticed the interior light were flickering, when I attempted to dispense ice it did not respond (no noise) but all lights would turn off. The temp control in the RC is not on at all, I pressed every button and cycled power to turn it on but still no lights. The compressor and evap fan are running but no frost pattern or cool air at all. The unit will need new control boards to resolve the issue.
