Adjusted the RC door to raise and match the FC door. That also pulled in the top of the RC door. CX was also unhappy with the way the door hinge looks and is exposed and I explained to the CX that unfortunatly that's the way this unit is designed to look and there wasn't a part or adjustment to change the look. Ran diagnostic test and unit filled with good pressure and correct temps and drained but during the draining process the stand pipe backfilled and covered the flloor with water. Cx will need to have a plumber come out and correct issue before we can return with parts for repair. "cx complaint unit wont spin or agitate. inspected unit and entered it into diag and found error codes f5e3, f7e1, f0e2. cleared codes and ran unit through a auto test and found when unit went into a spin cycle the basket spun very slow. and i got a f7e1 error code back. lifted unit and found 9.5 ohms and 4.8 ohms on the motor windings. also found the unit is getting 120.5vac to motor. but it wont spin the wash i found the pulley on the motor to be loose, also found belt to be worn and splutch was also worn due to the belt. ordering 1 (W11283592), 1 (W11395618), 1 (WPW10006384); ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 WPW10006384 (drive belt) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley)"
