"Cx complaint that the unit is freezing food in the RC and the water is not dispensing. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the overall temps are good (39/3), they are set to 39/5. I ran test 1, 2 and 3 and all passed. I tested the water and it dispensed fine. There is currently no food that is frozen in the unit. She showed some veggies that seem to be going bad, but they belong in the drawers for longer lifespan anyway. They also claim there to be an abnormal noise, I could not verify any noise out of the ordinary. I unplugged the unit and let it sit for 3 min, then plugged it back in. Everything is working fine. The unit is working as designed."

Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the evap frozen over. I checked diagnostic mode and the heater did not come on and an error code for the defrost heater. I checked the defrost heater connector and the brown wire was loose. It was receiving 122v but because it was loose the unit was not defrosting. I secured the brown wire connector and tested the heater it worked fine. I replaced the thermistor just in case it was adding to the defrost issue. The unit is working as designed.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. Checked the Refrigerator Temperatures in Service Diagnostics Test - 1 Rc Thermistor. I'm getting 59 Degrees. Ran Service Test - 2 Fc Thermistor. I'm getting 30 Degrees. ( Cx has cut a hole in the cabinet for the Refrigerator could breathe. But the cx has put a drawer back in so this is defeating the whole purpose cause the unit isn't getting enough air. ) Checked the pressures on the unit. I'm getting 0 on the Low Side and 100 Psi on the High Side. I then recovered all Freon. Checked with Nitrogen. Filled unit to 140 Psi with Nitrogen. Let unit sit for 20 mins. No change in pressures. Also no Bubbles in the Compressor Section. Filled unit with Freon. Unit is starting to Cool. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7733797206.

The fan is running, the damper is open and a good airflow comes out when the Fc door is open. Called tech line, spoke to Drew ( sr # 7733466637). Tested thermistors (good), found the control board sending only 1.3Vdc (should be 12Vdc) to the evap fan and the fan running slower. He advised to replace the gemini board. Quoted repait 492.52 with 125 labor for gemini board WPW10200659 replacement. The cx stated that another company already replaced a control. She asked me to provide the part # in order to call that company and figure out if the same part was already replaced. Collected 120"
