installed door handle. removed old door gasket and installed new one. it was extremly hard to get gasket into the groove down each side of the door. used heat gun but gasket will not sit flush with the side of the door and has gaps at the corners. door may be warpped causing difficulty seating gasket. i got gasket to seat against the cabinet so it seals but the gasket will not fit properly against the door. ordering new RC door. cs will call when door is delivered.; ordrng 1 LW10672972 (dor-fip)

It would slow down to almost a stop and then speed back up after a few mins. Found proper voltage going to fan. Quoted cx for fan and they accepted. Replaced fan from pre id and unit is now working as designed. Observed fan staying at a constant high speed for several mins. Job is complete.

As soon as I arrived I had noticed the floor is a complete sponge all around and in front of unit afraid to pull unit out due to floor being ripped up because it is so soft. Customer has stated they have not used the unit for two weeks and that whirlpool is aware of the situation and customer has contractor coming out to inspect damages. Pushed on bracket and noise decibel drops. Made sure metal to liner screws were tight. Ordering bracket and fan blade, once available contact cx to reschedule. Cx paid $334.23 for full repair; ordrng 1 WPW10445742 (fan blade) and 1 2-80028-101 (bracket)"

"cx complaint is same as other previous visits. evap is iced up causing poor cooling in RC section. i called techline beings we;ve been out here several times for this issue. they had me check voltage at P8 2 pink wires, have 4vdc, in spec. they had me check resistence of that same connection. 28k ohms, in spec. they had me run defrost heater, it is working. said to test thermistor in a cup of ice water and look for 8.75k ohms. said to then replace plastic clip with ziptie and foil tape. melted all ice, tested thermistor in cup of water. it reads 7.6k ohms, out of spec. replaced with preIDed part."

"cx complaint upper rack issue not drying dishes and said waster would not drain. i then inspected unit and checked for errors and had 10-1 6-2 7-1 service cycle complated everything is working but heater, found connection loose so fixed that. i then went back into diag cleared codes let service cycle run and no errors return disepsner opened fine, heater worked great at then end steam was rolling out. called owner and collected for service fee. unit is good to go"

"Customer complaint is that the unit will not run, lid is locked, lid lock is flashing. Tried to cancel cycle, but lid remained locked. Outlet polarity is correct. Cycled power to the unit and lid still did not unlock. Checked for stored error codes and found F8E1. Tried to run test cycle, but the unit refused to start the cycle. Inspection of the unit found that the housing for the drain pump fell off, tearing the wiring out of the connector for the pump. Unit needs a new lower wiring harness and drain pump. May need control, but wiring harness and drain pump needs to be replaced first. Unable to open the lid without breaking the lid lock, so cannot access model/ser # label this time.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (lower harness)"
