cx complaint units not draining any water out. inspected unit and confirmed. vaccumed water out and took drain pump out. units drain pump is working correctly and as desinged. filled it back up and tried to drain and it did drain just super slowly. no hoses kinked or anything but the run of the drain hose is too long and no air gap is installed. unit should need a plumber to fix the drain hose so it can work properly. unit itself seems to be working fine. heating element needs to be swapped out per s code as this one is almost too far gone. ordering element for return visit.; ordrng 1 W11537778 (heating element)

I cleared the code and ran manual agitate and spin as well as a auto service cycle. The actuator arm is not shifting from spin to agitate, the unit will need a new actuator to resolve the issue. I installed the new actuator and collected the payment in full by cash."

I installed the dispenser control. I also removed the ice on the evap. I found the defrost connector loose on multiple other unit before this one. I disconnected the defrost connector and reconnected it. I put it into defrost (test 13) and the heater began to work. The unit is working as designed. I don't believe it needs a control.

"Cx complaint unit has long preheat times. Cx claims the unit took 45 min to preheat to 400 degrees. Also found the display on console to be partially out. Removed back panel and found bake and broil elements to be in range for resistance. Checked temp sensor and it was OL. Replaced control using pre-id parts and temp sensor WPW10181986 using vanstock, set preheat for 350 and unit reached temp in sufficient amount of time. Unit checks good"

"unit has previously had ss service performed. upon arrival found unit to be unplugged. plugged unit in and checked guage pressures. found low side showing 22 inches in vacuum and high side showing about 25 psi. checked with uv light to identify any dye present on the surface of the system. checked all service junctions, new evap, comp, and drier, as well as the commonly vulnerable discharge line and condenser connections. found no dye present at any point despite obvious evidence of a leak given the low guage pressures. contacted TL because of cx being frustrated with the current outcome. after further diagnosis TL determined unit is of non-repairable deisgnation for sealed system failiure within 2-5 cbe. provided cx with file number and unit no longer wi;l requrie service. sr7733813876"

"Cx complaint then fan motor wouldn't run. Accessed unit and pressed power, found the fan motor not running on any speeds. Inspected motor and found the from motor to control was disconnected. Reconnected harness and secured it inside vent so it would lay above or on filters. Powered on unit and it now runs on all speeds. Unit checks good"

"cx complaint unit is building condensation in both the RC and FC. RC is also not cooling. inspected unit and found freezer temp was -16 degrees, RC was 46-47 degrees. removed baffle cover in FC and found it was clogged with frost. was able to clean up the frost and then i found the return duct was also frozen. blasted that with my steamer and now unit brings in cold air from the freezer. unit checks good. charged cx the 120 for the service call and 60 for the additional labor to defrost the unit. cx paid by check #5094"
