I installed the dispenser control. I also removed the ice on the evap. I found the defrost connector loose on multiple other unit before this one. I disconnected the defrost connector and reconnected it. I put it into defrost (test 13) and the heater began to work. The unit is working as designed. I don't believe it needs a control.

I cleared the code and ran manual agitate and spin as well as a auto service cycle. The actuator arm is not shifting from spin to agitate, the unit will need a new actuator to resolve the issue. I installed the new actuator and collected the payment in full by cash."

cx complaint units not draining any water out. inspected unit and confirmed. vaccumed water out and took drain pump out. units drain pump is working correctly and as desinged. filled it back up and tried to drain and it did drain just super slowly. no hoses kinked or anything but the run of the drain hose is too long and no air gap is installed. unit should need a plumber to fix the drain hose so it can work properly. unit itself seems to be working fine. heating element needs to be swapped out per s code as this one is almost too far gone. ordering element for return visit.; ordrng 1 W11537778 (heating element)

"Cx complaint is unit shutting off mid cycle. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Cx informed me that the unit shuts off at random times during the cycle and doesnt always do it. Had an f5e1 error code, door switch is intermittenly tripping. When unit stops, lights are flashing, cx has to open and close the door to restart. Cx also found the dispenser still not dispensing rinse aid, found the harness to be good. Ordering latch, and door switch, also reordering the dispenser. Rescheduled for 6/20/22.; ordrng 1 WPW10274880 (door switch) and 1 WPW10671905 (deterg disp asm) and 1 WPW10274884 (door latch) and 1 WP8524471 (actuator)"

"CX complaint is no cool, frost on FZ cover. Inspected unit and verified complaint. Took unit apart and found evap completely frozen over. Checked element and got 28.5 ohms. Thawed evap out and checked bi metal and got 55.6kohms. Shot bi metal with compressed air and got 0.0. Bi metal is actually working. Pulled unit out and exposed control. Checked P5-6 and P3-3 and got 55.6kO. Froze bimetal and it went to 0.0. Issue is not from bi metal to control. Ordering new control board and evap harness. Noticed also that the control in RC was reading erratic temps so also ordering that control with thermistor harness. Cannot reschedule because this is an AIG contract and parts are FBO; ordrng 1 WPW10120827 (cntrl-elec) and 1 WPW10631452 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11084235 (harns-wire) and 1 W10292241 (harns-wire)"
