"complaint is the unit not dispensing ice. cx said its been making ice and dispenes water fine. tried dispensing ice. auger turns for a second then sounds like it gets jammed in place. removed ice bin and tested. auger spins fine. i can not turn the auger in the bin. i removed ice and found the ice bin is damaged the teeth at the front of the bin have hit part of the bin breaking off a piece of plastic which jammed the auger in place. once debry was clear the arm spins, ice dispenses. unit will need a new bin now that the original one is missing a chunk of plastic, it may jam again. ordering bin. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 WPW10558424 (ice-contnr)"

"unit has previously had ss service performed. upon arrival found unit to be unplugged. plugged unit in and checked guage pressures. found low side showing 22 inches in vacuum and high side showing about 25 psi. checked with uv light to identify any dye present on the surface of the system. checked all service junctions, new evap, comp, and drier, as well as the commonly vulnerable discharge line and condenser connections. found no dye present at any point despite obvious evidence of a leak given the low guage pressures. contacted TL because of cx being frustrated with the current outcome. after further diagnosis TL determined unit is of non-repairable deisgnation for sealed system failiure within 2-5 cbe. provided cx with file number and unit no longer wi;l requrie service. sr7733813876"

"Cx complaint unit has long preheat times. Cx claims the unit took 45 min to preheat to 400 degrees. Also found the display on console to be partially out. Removed back panel and found bake and broil elements to be in range for resistance. Checked temp sensor and it was OL. "Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer Section has Ice Cream that is getting soft. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test - 1 Rc Thermistor Test. I'm getting 35 Degrees. Service Test - 2 Fc Thermistor Test. I'm getting 7 Degrees. I then ran Service Test - 120 Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested and dumped Ice into the Ice Bin. I then ran Service Test 97 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker started to fill. I then checked the Temperature to the Freezer Section with Thermal couple. I'm getting 8.9 - 13.7. Degrees. I then adjusted the Freezer Temperature from +3 Degrees to -3. Advised that the cx doesn't touch the settings. ( Only Ice is soft. Popsicles / Klondike bars are hard. Cx has Ice Cream under items in the lower bin. Advised that the cx change loading habits.) If the cx calls back Order the Coupler = W11506635 & Drier = W10843121, unit might need a Drain and fill. **** Don't go without parts ****."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer is making a poping Noise at least once a day. Checked the Freezer Section. Freezer Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. When the Heater Element activated it made a poping Noise cracking / melting the ice. Showed / advised the Cx this is the noise they are hearing and everything is Normal. Advised that the cx reads the Use & Care Manual. ( Advised that the cx only gets one of these calls. This is a Use and Care Call .)

CX had turned breaker on and off a couple times and unplugged and replugged... then unit was working again.
