"CX complaint gurgling from the back.Cx had a rtecorded sound but I also was able to confirm the noise coming from the sealed system. Unplugged the unit, the noise stopped after about a minute. Called tech line, spoke to Andy(sr 7733822661). He stated that the gurgling sound from the sealed system is normal but I can try to reduce the noise by moving the drier in horizontal position and the tight together drier and capillary tube by using mastic. Cx didn't want me to proceed with the repair, he wants to return the unit to Costco. He will call us back if Costco didn't accept the return. Noticed also that the control in RC was reading erratic temps so also ordering that control with thermistor harness. Ran Service Test - 77 Defrost Thermistor = 01 Passed. Service Test - 38 Forced Defrost Mode, is reading Of. I then put the Defrost on Short Defrost Cycle. Tried to run Service Test 6 - Defrost Cycle Test. Heater for the Defrost started to run a Defrost Cycle. Then the unit shut off. Checked the Pantry Drawer User Interface.
