new house and not lived in yet. complaint is LF Burner not working. tested and checed unit and burner does light just takes a bit. its getting gas as well as spark. turned cap to different spots and light times were different. replaced spreader to try and unit was the same. put old part back on. could be bad cap as it does light. you blow over burner while lighting and it lights every time. cant switch caps around as they are fitted and theres only one of this cap on unit. will order cap set to switch out and test unit again. home is propain and unit was switched over as flames look good. will order parts and office will schedule. ; ordrng 1 W11344538 (Cap Set)

when going to install parts found that the water is clearly trailing from the icemaker. removed icemaker housing to inspect and found that the factory icemaker is not fully seated and all water was flowing to one side causing a spill over and into the ice bin. replaced icemaker with part ordered but did not reccomend replacement f the dual valve or the ice door seperator. ran test 57 and 45 and dumped existing bin of ice. unit now checks good.

"inspected unit upon arrival and found that the unit is still somewhat cool in fc after almost two months of awaiting parts. checked and did find partial frost pattern, however upon evacuating system found unit to have a fulll charge. performed sealed system replacement of the uv dye drier and purged lines for any possible restrictions, of which there did not appear to be any. thawed evap from the clump of ice on the high/low sides of the evap at which point noticed that the thermistor was mislocated on the evap causing shrot cycling and cooling issues. relocated thermistor. pulled unit into vacuum. charged with 134a and tested. unti developed full frost pattern on evap and now checks good."

"complaint is unit leaking in fridge section again. confirmed complaint, drip tray is full of ice again causing water to spill over. cleared ice again and removed drip tray. tried clearing drain line and i can not get it clear. tried pouring hot water down the line and it just overflows, doesnt seem like its ice blocking tube. pushed long srew driver down the drain and it hits rubber in every direction. i cant get the line open. called techline they said the insulation is most likely soaking up water and freezing causing it to expand and crush the drain line. they said it is none repairable. 7733820071. i explained to cx what has happened to the unit and that his warrenty would have to resolve it for him."

"CX complaint simmer (LF burner) has uneven flame and.Turned simmer on, noticied that after a little while the flame disappeared on the front part of the burner. Burner head and valve have been replaced two times already. Gas regulator and gas supply are fine since all the other burners are working ok even if the are on all together. Removed simmer burner, opened it by removing the 2 screws and filed down the channels on the front by using a 1/16' file. Reassembled and tested the burner, the flame seemed to be more consistent on the front of the burner. Unit is good"
