i was able to access unit and replace the duel water valve. removed evap cover to find the thermistor was not seated tight on the suction tube. was able to use the kit to zip tie the sensor to the tube. also found evap was not against the back wall. used the zip times and clamps to get evap back against back wall. drip pan was not warpped. put unit back together and tested unit. unit was unplugged when i arrived. advised cx to get the unit 48-72 hours on cooling. unit checks good for now.
