The middle burner will light partially at first then after adjust the flame from low to high then the entire burner will light. I tried switch burner caps to see if that was the issue, it made no difference. The unit will need a new burner head for the middle burner to resolve the issue. CX complaint is unit still no cool. Inspected unit and verified complaint. Last visit I did not have nitrogen to presure test unit so this time I pressure tested. Unit had ball of ice top right of evap. Thawed ice. Duriing pressure test the return blew out of the lokring. Top part of lokring coupler was stuck on line going to liner. Wouldnt have enough space to put anoth coupler on and be able to lock it down properly.Spoke to Robert at WPTL(7733825566) and sent him pics. He agreed it was too short. Deemed unit Non Repairable in warranty and set up for PEX review. Unit is paid off and owned by CX not RAC. Informed CX of what TL said and gave her the to follow up. This job is complete

"cx complaint is the cleaning lady cut her hand on the door when cleaning the front of the glass. cleaning lady had to use a bandage to stop bleeding but did not need stiches. i inspected the door and found the stainless is pulling away from the glass causing a gap at the top of the door. that exposed edge is very sharp. unit will need a new door. called safety to document, 7733812111. ordering door. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11532928 (door left hinge)"

"Cx complained the unit did not make ice. Inspected the unit and found that after the fill, the unit would shut off and quit working. Unplugged all the sensors and it still shut off when going to drain. Pulled the unit out and discovered a kink in the drain line. Removed the line and let water drain into a bowl and the operated as designed, filling and recirculating water without shutting off. Cut the bad part out of the drain line. Waited for the first batch to drop. Job complete"
