I ran tests for the defrost sensor and the heater. The sensor was fine but the heater did not turn on. I checked the connector and once again the brown wired defrost connector was a loose hanging out. I secured the connector and tested the heater for the cx. It is working as designed.

"installed sump. cleared error codes and ran service cycle. unit filled but will only spray water for a second or 2 then stops, pauses for a few seconds then runs for another second or 2. added water to tub but it made no difference. at end of cycle unit displayed F8E2 drain pump electrical problem, F4E3 wash motor not running. tried running wash motor with drain pump unplugged but wash motor still will not run constantly. they had me check voltage to wash motor. it jumps around from 121 to 113 but did not drop below that. advised starting with replacing control board then harness if needed. 7733826195. ordering advied parts and drain pump in case F8E2 returns. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W10876537 (drain pump) and 1 W11305296 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11458664 (harness)"

"i got here and checked unit for last cycle run it had only had sensor wash on and heat dry not hi temp wash , sani rinse and extred heated dry on when checked last cycyle run . checked diag and unit doesnt have erro codes either unit passed diag cx had dished here most are plactic which doesnt dry well per wp tech line . found no erro codes and lots of soap build up in unit . per tech line unit take to loong to get hot water and in rinse only risnse on cold water and doesnt have hot work . said unit should be run on hi temo wash . sani rinse and extended hi temp dry . same s code as before spoke to andrew at tech line nothing is wrong with unit cx water gets cold fast and takes long time to heat to 120 or hoter ."
