cx complaint unit is not drying dishes. inspected unit opened it and cx ran load last night and all dishes inside are very dry snapped pic and she was amazed. checked for errors and had 9 2 ran service ccyle and unit is draining fine unit is brand new so letting the error slide. cx is using rinse aid but started. informeed cx it does take a couple washes for the rinse aid to coat the inside and could be a factor in what were dealing with. unit checked out good in diag. told cx to keep running it unit is working great. unit is good

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer Door isn't Sealing. Checked the Freezer Door. Found that the Lower Door Screw was in the holder witch caused the Door not to Seal. Due to this the whole Evaporator in the Freezer is Frost / Iced Over. Removed almost all the Ice from the Door so the Door could seal until we come back to replace the Evaporator Cover with Thermistors & Fan Motor. I entered into diag mode and found the unit would not respond when running test 3. I then removed the back cover and found that the compressor ohmed out at 7.2 x2 and 12.8 ohms. I also found tht the start device was not showing any damage. I then plugged the unit back in and immediately the fans and compressor came on. I then verified that the unit was developing a frost pattern and cooling. Unit is now functioning as intended. I informed the cx that the unit is now working but to watch it and call back if it has anymore issues.

Customer complaint unit is smells like gas is leaking. I found the unit is leaking from the manifold. The manifold was as tight as possible and still leeaking. I added yellow gas teflon and tested. Unit is now tight and not leaking. Unit is back to normal operations.

"Cx complaint that the middle burner is intermitently lighting. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the other four burners work fine. The middle burner will light partially at first then after adjust the flame from low to high then the entire burner will light. I tried switch burner caps to see if that was the issue, it made no difference. The unit will need a new burner head for the middle burner to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11435659 (middle burner head)"

Removed evap cover, found capillary tube insolation down near the heater and also 2 candys near to the heater with sings of melting. Reinstalled capillary tube insilation and secured it witha zip tie. Removed candys and other debris from around the drain. I was unable to find any other issue since the unit had no odors. Collectede 120 witrh check #1197"
