Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is Leaking Water at the Fabric Softener Dispenser. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No Error Codes. Ran Washer in the Service Test. No Leaks. I then called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7733820780. Per Whirlpool Techline the Washer will leak if the pressure is greater 75 Psi. Whirlpool Techline had me turn the Water down at the House Water Valve. There are no Service Pointers on this yet. Whirlpool is working on this pointer for a new style of a Tub Ring. I advised the Cx to try a load of clothes. Unit is working as Designed.

Customer complaint unit is buzzing and the freezer is overfrosting. I tested the unit and the noise is coming from the compressor. I found the two bars that hols the unit supports were loose and rataling. Unit is now quite. I found the door not closing correctly found the ice maker bar was getting in the way adjusted the bar and the unit is closing good now. Unit is back to normal operations.

Pulled unit out and compressor was warm 1.5 amps but no way to know if thats right or not nothing on the techsheet. The unit seems to be defrosting was jut a lot of build up. I moved the burner and then it stops. If i tap the burner it stopped but then the vibrations of the fan makes it move and sparking cames back. "complaint is unit leaking in fridge section again. confirmed complaint, drip tray is full of ice again causing water to spill over. cleared ice again and removed drip tray. tried clearing drain line and i can not get it clear. tried pouring hot water down the line and it just overflows, doesnt seem like its ice blocking tube. pushed long srew driver down the drain and it hits rubber in every direction. i cant get the line open. called techline they said the insulation is most likely soaking up water and freezing causing it to expand and crush the drain line. they said it is none repairable. 7733820071. i explained to cx what has happened to the unit and that his warrenty would have to resolve it for him."

"cx complaint unit not spiining out the clothes i believe cx is not here someone else is heren. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none, service cycle completed fine. did notice front of tub is hitting front of cabinet so leveled unit then ran rinse and spin with clothes in unit and did not spin at the end. canceled cycle then checked spin speed and is off. ran drain and spin and now unit spun the water out of clothes just fine. unit is good"

"inspected unit upon arrival and found that the unit is still somewhat cool in fc after almost two months of awaiting parts. checked and did find partial frost pattern, however upon evacuating system found unit to have a fulll charge. performed sealed system replacement of the uv dye drier and purged lines for any possible restrictions, of which there did not appear to be any. thawed evap from the clump of ice on the high/low sides of the evap at which point noticed that the thermistor was mislocated on the evap causing shrot cycling and cooling issues. relocated thermistor. pulled unit into vacuum. charged with 134a and tested. unti developed full frost pattern on evap and now checks good."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Microwave isn't Heating. I then checked the power to the unit. I'm getting 121.2 volts at the wall outlet. I then checked the Diode. Diode is good. Checked the Magnetron. I'm getting 0.2 Ohms. Installed new Magnetron. Tested the unit. Unit is Heating. Unit is working as Designed.
