"Cx complained the unit did not make ice. Inspected the unit and found that after the fill, the unit would shut off and quit working. Unplugged all the sensors and it still shut off when going to drain. Pulled the unit out and discovered a kink in the drain line. Removed the line and let water drain into a bowl and the operated as designed, filling and recirculating water without shutting off. Cut the bad part out of the drain line. Waited for the first batch to drop. Job complete"
