Tested compressor and had 12, 6, and 3rd reading would not stabilize even with good contact an no movement on my end. Sometimes it even went OL. Compressor is too hot to keep hand on it. "cx complaint all ice in ice bin froze together so removed all ice and restarted and same thing happened some ice was made then all froze together to big clump. inspected unit and confimred big clump there is some cubes but mainly big clump in ice bin. ice maker is stuck n heater part and wont cycle. i think ice was not getting ejected from ice maker all the way then when ice maker would fill it would be over filling since ice didnt eject all the way. went to van grabbed new ice maker form v/s installed and tested it cycled and filled with water fine. cx then said fridge door is clumping, found lower screw on bottom of door backed out. fixed screw and now door is good. unit is good; ordrng 1 WPW10300022 (icemaker SD VAN STOCK), used 1 WPW10300022 (icemaker) from stock"

"cx complaint is a banging noise during spin and unit moving accross the floor. when i arrived unit was 2 feet away from the wall. cx said it moved by itself and was banging a lot. i pushed basket down and let it go. basket sprung back up and did not bounce or go off to one side. suspesion feels good. basket spins freely by hand. no saved codes. unit is sitting level. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. inspected under unit, nothing out of place, no oil leaking form gearcase. ran cablibration cycle and explained loading/ cycle selection to cx. unit is on a smooth tile floor and slides very easily. i advised putting rubber pads under the feet to keep it from sliding. unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint is the unit not dispensing ice consistently. cx said sometimes it dispenses fine, other times the chute cloggs up and nothing comes out. when i arrived chute was clear and dispensor worked fine. i remvoed the bin and found a lot of cubes bridged together. several with 3 or 4 cubes stuck together. this could be causing the jam in the chute. i adjusted fill level on IM and let it cycle. checked fill level. it is lower and doesnt appear its going to cause the bridging issue anymore. unit should be working as designed."

"CX complaint simmer (LF burner) has uneven flame and.Turned simmer on, noticied that after a little while the flame disappeared on the front part of the burner. Burner head and valve have been replaced two times already. Gas regulator and gas supply are fine since all the other burners are working ok even if the are on all together. Removed simmer burner, opened it by removing the 2 screws and filed down the channels on the front by using a 1/16' file. Reassembled and tested the burner, the flame seemed to be more consistent on the front of the burner. Unit is good"

Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The compressor and evap fan are working fine. The evap has heavy ice. I ran tests for the defrost sensor and the heater. The sensor was fine but the heater did not turn on. I checked the connector and once again the brown wired defrost connector was a loose hanging out. I secured the connector and tested the heater for the cx. It is working as designed.

found ice maker ice mold empty. cycled ice maker and could not get water valve to activate. ice maker getting 122 vac. jumped water valve and it did not activate. replaced control. tested. no water to ice maker. called techline and spoke with Curt 7733826630. ohmed out both water valves and resistance did not match resistance on techline techsheet. voltage to ice maker comes and goes. unit needs both water valves and ice maker harness. NEED HELP FINDING ISOLATION VALVE ON PARTS SHEET. NEED ISOLATION VALVE AND ICE MAKER VALVE AND HARNESSES. "CX complaint: leaking from under unit and FC drawer front not holding onto drawewr. Tested and verified complaint. I found the filter housing or water tube to it is leaking upward. The filter cap will not hold on to filter. In the FC one of the drawer fronts will not hold on to the drawer. The piece is intact and looks like it should lock on but it will not lock, i documented in pics to show it is not damaged. Ordering filter housing, water tube, filter cap and basket front. CX complaint is unit not working all of the time. Inspected/tested unit and verified complaint. Put glass of water inside and tried to run unit and unit started making clacking noise. This happened 2 consecutive times and the next time it worked properly like 3 times and the next time it started making that noise again and not working. Tested interlocks and they are working properly. Called WPTL and spoke to Joel (7733822648). ested secondary interlock while on phone with TL and it was working properly. Cx complaint is unit leaking water and not draining. Tested inspected and verified complaint. Found a very slow leak from the right hand side nut of the heater. Was able to tighten nut and get leak to stop. Also found on arrival drain pump worked properly but did not work a second time. Tried multiple times. Drain pump had 120VAC going to it but was not spinning. No obstructions in the drain pump. Ordering drain pump and rescheduled for 6/20/22. Cx paid in full by CC.; ordrng 1 W11412291 (drain pump)
