cx complaint is unit not cooling at all. found unit set to C and not F and temps set all the way up. loud buzzing sound from unit as well. found loud noise coming from evap fan. no frost pattern at all and all lines warm. compressor had a temp of 167 and was running and fan was running as well. all lights and unit checks. no colling at all and no cool air and all sections as warm as house. unit will need sealed system work. after resetting temps and unit advised cx if unit cools in the next 24 hours to call back and we will cancel sealed system work as warm air is still blowing and we will just replace fan and blade. as soon as all parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 WP67006337 (Fan Blade) and 1 W11334745 (Evap Motor) and 1 W11536253 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 W10507884 (Compressor)

cx complaiont that unit is leaking from the bottom middle of the pump and appears to be from the seal going into the motor its dripping from and had previously caused lot of warping to the previous floor ... ordering the following parts alothough the seal needed is NLA no longer able to order so still submitting and well wait from AHS on next step if not repairable.; ordrng 1 WPW10247394 (pump) and 1 WP8283457 (mtor) and 1 WP3369011 (housing) and 1 3369020 (seal-seat NLA to order per tribles)

The frost pattern is only at the top of the evaporator. When the evaporator turned on and i can hear is very loud and is very hot. Burning hot. The compressor is reading .6 amps. low charge. cx complaint unit will turn back on by itself when she cooks bake potatoes in unit but now when you close the door light turns on and hums. inspected unit and confirmed second part of complaint you shut the door and unit hum/heats but turn table does not turn when this happens. i then closed door again it starts on its own so i hit add 30 seconds light turned on inside and turntable started turning and now i dont know what going on sounded like a door switch but could it be a control. so we grabbed a bke potato and hit the bake potato called techline cycle completed with no issues then 5 minutes goes by and panel is saying bev 1 to 3 serving like a button on panel was pushed and i did not touch it. spoke with leon on techline 7733837905 then called safety monica 773376110 8665505136

CX complaint was that the tuni would not drain. I found that the pump retainer clip came undone and the drain pump harness was not connected to the drain pump. I reconnected harness and secured the retainer clip and unit test good.
