Customer complaint unit is not drying with in the 60 min and the unit needs to run a second 60 to dry the unit. I found the unit is heating is reaching 256 degrees and low 118. I notice the unit has a long exhaust the pipe has atleast 4 elbows. The exhaust vent is too long for the unit. The unit is heating and thumbling. I adviced the customer to clean the vent or to rearraged the vent to make it shorter. The control panel was really loose. The clip was off. I was able to find it and reseated the control panel. Unit is back to normal operations.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is loud in the Spin Cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes = 8:88. I then ran Service Test 51 on the unit. In the Spin Cycle Washer sounds like a plane is going to take off. Checked the motor. Motor is tight. I then checked the Tub. Tub Ring is tight as well. Unit will need the Gearcase. (2 count Gearcase job.); ordrng 1 W11393685 (Whirlpool Washer Transmission Gearcase)

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Down Draft keeps going up and down / will not stop. Found that the top panel is holding down the button. Adjusted the top panel. Found that the Down Draft will not go all the way up without holding the button down. This is because there is a installation issue. There are no feet to hold the unit into place because the floor vent is too fair away. They pulled the unit foward about 2-3 inches this is making the unit lean forward. Cx has a big installation issue that needs to be fixed . Please see Sd Pictures.
