Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Down Draft keeps going up and down / will not stop. Found that the top panel is holding down the button. Adjusted the top panel. Found that the Down Draft will not go all the way up without holding the button down. This is because there is a installation issue. I notice the unit has a long exhaust the pipe has atleast 4 elbows. The exhaust vent is too long for the unit. The unit is heating and thumbling. I adviced the customer to clean the vent or to rearraged the vent to make it shorter. The control panel was really loose. The clip was off. I was able to find it and reseated the control panel. Unit is back to normal operations.
