I checked the drain hose to see if it was clogged and it was not. I ran test 1,2,3 & 7. The themistors and fans were good. I changed the defrost cycle to basic (2) for an 8 hour timer. The unit will need a new dispenser control, main control and an evap fan w/harness to resolve the issue. "Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found both areas are room temp, the evap and condensor fans are running fine. The compressor is warm and seems to be running. I restarted with a new start device from VS, the compressor made a loud rattle for 5 seconds then stopped. There is residue of a leak to the right of the compressor. I consulted with SD and was advised to order a compressor, drier, evap and R600 nitro. CX complaint FRIGE warm temps / no ice / fan noise / water leaked to basement. Found RC evap is clear. FC evap is iced up. Cleared ice from evap cover. Partial frost pattern indicating freon leak. Pulled out unit & found rust spot directly below compressor. Drain extension assym right angle was installed from the factory so it allows water do drip over the compressor & rust the base & water leaks constantly. Tube is clogged. Cleared clog & clocked right angle exit so it will discharge water over pan. Nitrogen test requires extra couplers. 3CountSealSyst > JJ; ordrng 1 3CountSealSyst (3CountSealSyst) and 6 W10913906 (coupler)s and 1 W10865322 (evaporator RC evap) and 1 W11025999 (compressor kit incl drier) and 1 W10865728 (condenser)
