cx stated after previousn sealed system repair unit did not produce any ice. inspected unit upon arrival and found that the unit had leak in system. no 134a. could not isolate leak sans the dye not permitted to be used on undercounter icemakers. replaced entire sealed system in liue of identifying the point of failure. after having installed sealed system found that the unit still would not hold charge. this time is was clear that the aluminum lines at the evap were damaged in shipping and being aluminum a patch could not be soldered. unit will again need 4 count ss repair.; ordrng 1 WPW10218037 (evaporator) and 1 WPW10605286 (compressor) and 1 WPW10200037 (drier-tube) and 1 WP2313624 (condenser) and 1 WPW10206473 (coil-solnd) and 1 WPW10534030 (valve-gas) and 1 W10528572 (tube)

"cx complaint is the unit not dispensing ice consistently. cx said sometimes it dispenses fine, other times the chute cloggs up and nothing comes out. when i arrived chute was clear and dispensor worked fine. i remvoed the bin and found a lot of cubes bridged together. several with 3 or 4 cubes stuck together. this could be causing the jam in the chute. i adjusted fill level on IM and let it cycle. checked fill level. it is lower and doesnt appear its going to cause the bridging issue anymore. unit should be working as designed."

"cx complaint is a banging noise during spin and unit moving accross the floor. when i arrived unit was 2 feet away from the wall. cx said it moved by itself and was banging a lot. i pushed basket down and let it go. basket sprung back up and did not bounce or go off to one side. suspesion feels good. basket spins freely by hand. no saved codes. unit is sitting level. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. inspected under unit, nothing out of place, no oil leaking form gearcase. ran cablibration cycle and explained loading/ cycle selection to cx. unit is on a smooth tile floor and slides very easily. i advised putting rubber pads under the feet to keep it from sliding. unit is working as designed."

Filled unit with 3.75oz of R134a. Compressor was running good as well as evap nad condenser fan. Low side pressure stablized at around 1 psi. Frost patter began but could fully make sure because CX had put unit on porch and removed all of the doors. There was missing hardware so I couldnt put unit back together. Unplugged unit before I left. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete"
