"cx complaint unit not operating properly sometimes fills then drains immediately and sometimes washes but doesnt rinse and shuts down, unit has f8e1 long fill no fill error. disconnected both lines and verified that the water pressure form both lines is very weak and will need to be addressed to rule this out as the root cause. unit tests good, job complete cx will have the pressure issue corrected and call back if issues persist"

"cx complaint after last visit unit not making ice and leaking still along with warm temps. was able to access unit and remove evap cover to find a ball of ice on cap tube. ran all fans and compressor running but compressor loud and hot. ran test 38 ramp to 100% watt reading 153-155Watts and pulling 2.6 amps. test 1 35F test 2 53F test 3 22F test 4 37F test 5 39F test 10 78F test 14 32F test 16 29F test 17 32F test 23 69F test 24 is 60F test 25 is 69F test 26 is 69F test 28 is 35F test 29 is 11F test 30 is 37F test 31 is 23F test 120 no issues PA test 121 PA 96,97,98 also passed. Spoke to sealed system tech EW he reccomends condensor, compressor and drier. Contacted techline and spoke to Andrew 7733846022 ordering necessary parts and once approved office will need to set return 3cc; ordrng 1 W10865728 (condensor) and 1 W11109499 (filter drier) and 1 W10903340 (compressor)"

cx complaint unit is taking a couple cycles to get clothes dry. inspected unit and checked all sensor and found them to be good. removed exhaust houseing and found some lint build up. removed that and then noticed the unit had dryer sheets stuck to the exhaust vent. removed those reassembled unit and tested it. unit checks good. charged cx only for serivce call 90

cx complaint is noise is still there at times. puklled unit to check lines and hitting back cover. no sounds now. put unit back and turned cooling off and opened doors for 5-10 min to turn back on and unit kick on as a higher start up to check sound. unit was put back and not level and a slist twist. found noise from compressor. depending of how you moved it the sound was louder. called tech line and spoke to Rick and 7733848684 tested and checked unit to find noise and vibration coming from compressor and the compressor needs to replaced. as soon as part is in office will schedule. also ordered lock ring kit for return.; ordrng 1 W11578205 (Compressor) and 1 LockRingKit (Lock Ring Kit)
