CX complaint UI keeps turning on and off. Inspected and found UI turning on and off about every 2-4 seconds. Checked to ensure incoming voltage to unit is steady which it is. Popped UI and found the main connector when flexed around is manipulating UI coming on and off. Isolated orange wire with black stripe and seems to be the shorting issue. Area of concern is to close to the connector the strip and try to splice. Unit needs new LH RC Door Fib. Cx complaint that the ice is getting stuck in the dispenser chute. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the ice gets stuck because the timing of the ice bin is slower than the chute door. The ice bin still releases ice while the chute door is Techline recommended to slowly release the cup from the paddle so the augor motor stops and all ice is fully dispensed. cx complaint unit not cooling well and ice maker not working. got to job and didnt have ice maker with me. last tech marked as will use on return but it didnt come back with me. went to install drip pan and found once i took evap cover off i found the harness going into cabinet had a broken wire. blue wire to thermister was broken. i pulled on some more wires to see if brittle and the yellow broke as well. called techline and documented with them. unit is unrepairable. job completed. informed cx to call whirlpool and get it taken care of. called office and got parts refunded as they were not needed.7733842560

"complaint is poor washing and detergent dispensor not putting any detergent in. cx said dispensor is always full, never gets empty so they said it must not be putting any in. said clothes still have dirt on them at end of cycle. checked for codes and found F0E3 overload, F0E7 load in during clean cycle. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit completed service cycle with no issues. tested detergent pump and it dispensed detergent into the tub. i called techline to document. they said no known issue with detergent pumps. they had me run calibration cycle and advise cx on loading/cycle selection. 7733842501. unit is working as designed."
