"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the compressor, evap fan and condensor fan are running fine. The overall temps are at room temp, no cold air is being produced. Cx said the cooling issue happened gradually, there probably a slow leak somewhere in the SS. The unit will need a new evap and compressor to attempt to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit. F6E6 = Water Temperature is under 84 Degrees. , F6E2= Fill Valve Electrical Problem , F6E1 = Low Water Mechanical problem. I then checked the Water Valve I'm getting 233.3 Ohms - 433.2 Ohms. F10E1 = Dispenser Electrical Problem. Ran Service Diagnostics Test. Only a little bit of Water is Filling the Dishwasher. Sump Motor is really loud. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full. If the cx calls back Order the Sump Motor = WPW10780877, Water Valve = WPW10327249 & Dispenser = W11032769. Don't go without parts."

Cx complaint that the unit is not draining well. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. The cx was concerned about how some water still remains in the outer tub after the wash cycle is completed. I show her the use and care guide how it recommends cx to run 'drain/spin' if they feel the unit is leaving too much water after the cycle is completed. I calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

"Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the ice bin was empty and water is not dispensing. I harvested the IM and it completed the harvest cycle, however no water filled the ice mold. I disconnected the water valve connectors and nothing came out. I found the water had been turned off, I turned on the water supply and still no water. I removed the water filter then the water worked fine for IM filling and dispensing water. The unit needs a new water filter. The unit is working as designed, the cx will replace the water filter."

Temp sensor at room temp-1081ohms/1676 at 340 degrees meter probed(350 pre-heated on control). However control showed a steady rise in temp while pre-heating and then stalled at 345 while I was probing 280 and the control didn't raise the final 5 degrees unit my probe reached 340. Unit having issue between control and temp sensor. Ordering new Control and Temp Sensor. -MJrob; ordrng 1 WPW10181986 (Temp Sensor) and 1 W11528249 (Control)"
