"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher isn't filling with Water. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. F6E6 = Water Temperature is under 84 Degrees. , F6E2= Fill Valve Electrical Problem , F6E1 = Low Water Mechanical problem. I then checked the Water Valve I'm getting 233.3 Ohms - 433.2 Ohms. F10E1 = Dispenser Electrical Problem. Ran Service Diagnostics Test. Only a little bit of Water is Filling the Dishwasher. Sump Motor is really loud. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full. If the cx calls back Order the Sump Motor = WPW10780877, Water Valve = WPW10327249 & Dispenser = W11032769. Don't go without parts."

"complaint is unit making a grinding noise during cycle. cx was still able to finish cycle. started another cycle and unit made grinding noise, shut off and water leaked into the dain pan under unit. unit now trips the breaker when she tries using it. when i arrived unit was plugged in and pan was full of water. i unplugged unit, removed water from pan. shield is hitting the drian pan, belt is hitting the sheild. water is leaking through gearcase. no damage to tub that i can see from top or bottom of unit. removed tub ring to inspected down sides of tub, its dirty but cant see any damage. drain pump is 19.9ohms, in spec. suspension does not feel worn, unit is sitting level. unit will need gearcase, drive pulley, belt, shield and drive motor for return visit. gave cx quote. she paid service; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W11409708 (shield)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the compressor, evap fan and condensor fan are running fine. Both areas are at room temp. I checked the evap and it is building ice where the cap tube enters the evap. The unit's SS is either leaking or clogged. The unit will need a new evap to attempt to repair the unit. I'm ordering the parts for the unit.; ordrng 1 W10836706 (evap) and 1 W11092625 (compressor)"

"cx complaint at the end of cycle the clothes are still wet. inspected unit and entered it into diag and found error code f0e5. cleared error code and ran a auto test. unit finished test but while in a spin cycle the unit wobbled all over. ran unit through a calibration cycle. i did find the unit was very off level, was able to level unit. unit checks good."

The overall temps are at room temp, no cold air is being produced. Cx said the cooling issue happened gradually, there probably a slow leak somewhere in the SS. The unit will need a new evap and compressor to attempt to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.
