"CX complaint is ice buld up inside unit and low ice. Inspected/tested and verified complaint.. RC temp was at 48 and FC was at 6. Water in area under pantry drawer. Pulled back panel and rust all over bottom of unit and no water in drip pan. Pulled drain tube and found it completely clogged with debris. Replaced drain tube from VS. Ran test 4 and all steps working properly. Test 56 was E0, 57 harvested IM properly, 58 read 00. here was ice in IM but not much. Compressor was blazing hRC evap, uv drier and coupler. 3 ct SS job; ordrng 1 W10832994 (compressor) and 1 W11087200 (invrtr-box) and 1 W11492867 (RC Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11506635 (coupler) and 1 W11084807 (extension), used 1 W11084807 (drain tube) from stock"

Spoke to Cody at WP Safety (77333796529).. He issued a P&L auth (K133W21WPL1). Parts are as follows are being shipped directly to VIA from WP. 97616429761641WP4456816WP4456817There was another part that might be needed which is no available and that is 9761752 which is not being sent. Returning tech needs to install parts and used gas leak detector to see if issue is resolved. If not they are to call WP safety back and let them know.
