The level of the unit was not right and the tube was very long full of water. I afjusted units level and exhaust. now is good airflow. I adviced the customer to fix the exhaust wall vent she has the door, mesh and narrow wall tube. Too much prevention against birds not good airflow. SHe said she is going to get it done.
