Cx complaint is that the unit is not startig a cycle. Upon arrival I found that the unit was stuck in a wash cycle. I was able to cancel the cycle. I found no error codes I then ran the diag test and calibration test. I found that the unit was able to complete both. Unit is functioning as intended. I informed the cx that the cancel button needs held for 5-10 seconds to cancel a cycle. Job complete

Upon arrival unit was unplug and a total no cool. Compressor was running when plugged in. Evacuated system and unit was full of refrigerant. Replaced compressor and installed UV drier. Pressure tested with nitrogen and no sign of leaks anywhere including the evaporator. Vac'd down to 30in and vac held. Filled with 5.5oz of R134a. Final LS pressure sat at about 1psi.. Evap had almost a full frost pattern after only 15mins. Informed CX 24-36hrs for the unit to get to temps. Job is complete
