Cx complaint is that the unit does not seem to be washing the clothes as it should. Cx stated that there are always clothes floating that dont get pulled down under the water. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit is finishing the test as intended. I then let the cx load the clothes into the washer and instructed them on correct loading procedures. When the unit got into the wash cycle the clothes were getting moved and washed as intended. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"april -dec seemed to work .. then beeping / lights flashing and poor cool/ no cool . unplugged unit until we came out in dec.. replaced main control and ui.. unit worked for 2months feb -june intermittently working again/ not keeping food good .. june here, cx plugged unit up 1-2 days ago and has been cooling since . but it will stop working and spoil food/ leak water on floor .. contatcted techline and went over unit in diag.. all dcv loads .. unit didnt duplicate isssue. Techline suggested to make sure unit is on dedicated circuit .. unit is on circuit labeled kitchen plugs and has a gfci in circuit.. Ordering fc fan motor just in case its intermittenly staling .. cx is goingb to see about dedicated circuit w/ builder/ electrician .; ordrng 1 W11224591 (fc evap fan)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not spinning clothes out at the end of the cycles. Upon arrival I found an F9E1, F9E2, F0E2 and F0E5. I then ran the diag test and found that the drain pump is weak and not pumping the water out fast enuogh. I found that the drain pump is needing replaced. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair.
