As per Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964 found that the bushings matched those of the ones that needed changed and the serial number was within the range. Was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit now checks good no further work needed

cx complaint unit is not dispensing water or ice when pressing the paddles. inspected unit and found unit is making ice. tried paddes and found the light comes on and I can hear relays on board clicking. opened left side door to find the door liner had a dent in it. unit needs a shim (wp2177331). qouted cx for full repair and cx declined. charged cx only for service call.

"Confirmed cx complaint unit shaking when doors are closing, door swinging open, occasional compressor vibration and ice noise. Unit was previously leveled upon installation using paint stirrers as shims. Unit has sinced rolled off of shims and is tilting forward causing the assisted close function to not work and increasing compressor noise due to leveling issues. Put a piece of trim from CX home under front of unit to level it. This improved the door closure issues and slightly improved the vibration when closing. Could not replicate the compressor vibration but this may help with that as well. Cx complaints are fairly standard for this unit because the unit does not have leveling pegs of its own, only the castors that come with it."
