Replaced actuator and splutch, tested unit and still not spinniing but same low sound when actuator activates. Replaced lower harness, tested unit and still not spinning. Removed basket and tested and found gearcase is not turning basket and there is no grinding sound when this happens. Gearcase and basket needed. CX declined repair at this time, he is going to buy a new unit. If CX changes his mind then put t his back on ME as a pseudo so i can put thge order in. Job is complete"

"complaint is unit beeping and not running. when i arrived unit was unplugged. plugged it in and it began beeping with an error code flickiering. code starts with F5 but display goes out before E pat comes up. checked for codes and found F5E3 lid wont unlock, F5E1 lid is open, F5E2 lock failure, F5E4 lid not open between cycles, F2E1 stuck key. cleared code and tested lid latch, it does not respond, entire display goes blank. i found corrosion on the UI as well. unit will need lid latch and UI. quoted cx for repair. they paid service call. husband said they will replace unit, wife said she wants unit fixed.; ordrng 1 W11112656 (console) and 1 W10810403 (lid switch)"

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not running. Upon arrival I found that the unit was not hooked up to any water lines and only had power. I was able to find 3 error codes. F7E5, F8E1 and F2E. I am ordering the parts needed. Please contact cx when the parts are availble to schedule the retrun visit.; ordrng 1 W11417466 (Control) and 1 W11038689 (Water Valve) and 1 W10913953 (Shifter)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Console isn't working. I then checked the power to the Control Board. I'm getting 122.2 Volts. Checked the User Interface Harness's to the Control Board. Harness is fully in but the port on the Control Board / User Interface Harness is corroded. Unit will need the User Interface = W10898450 & Control Board = W10906431. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full. If the cx calls back order the main Control Board & User Interface. Don't go without parts.( Any questions please check Sd Pictures.)

Cx complaint is that the unit does not seem to be washing the clothes as it should. Cx stated that there are always clothes floating that dont get pulled down under the water. Upon arrival I found no error codes. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit is finishing the test as intended. I then let the cx load the clothes into the washer and instructed them on correct loading procedures. When the unit got into the wash cycle the clothes were getting moved and washed as intended. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete
