"cx complaint unit having exact same issue as last time. door locks then unit does nothing else but time still counts down. inspected unit and verified complaint. unable to enter diagnostics to check for errors but symptoms match service pointer. i also know that we did a 'muscle project' for these units with this issue in a new condo building and whirlpool wanted us to replace control, valve and pressure switch. ordering control, valve and pressure switch and marking preid latch as will use on return in case needed. need 2nd tech to unstack dryer. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 W11574590 (control) and 1 W11044834 (valve) and 1 W11044866 (pressure switch)"
