"cx complaint, she will set unit too cold and start cycle then go take a shower and shes getting bursts of hot and cold water in her shower while unit is running. advised cx it sounds like a water pressure issue and as unit is filling from hot or cold it takes up some of the pressure for that temp and may cause shower to be hotter or colder, cx said plumber said nothing wrong with plumbing must be unit. cx also said when she sets it to cold it shouldnt take any hot. found cx is setting unit to cold and not tap cold since theres no led for tap cold. advised cx that on cold it still uses some hot water to look for a certain temp and to set it to tap cold to use only cold so the temp in her shower wont go back and forth. no errors, test cycle runs good. unit is operating as designed"

"cx complaint is particles in the water. cx has changed filter several times and ran a few gallons through the dispensor. cx had a glass of water ready when i arried that did have small particles in it. water supply line is not the stainless braided line but still is thick rubber and has some kind of braiding to it. asked cx how old the line was and they said its original from when they bought the house. i called techline, they advised changing that supply line for the pex plastic line and flushing the system. gave me part number for supply line. 7733851472. quoted cx for repair. he paid service call and said he may just replace the line himself.; ordrng 1 8212547RP (tube-water)"
