"cx complaint unit freezer drawer wont open, i found something is stuck between the cabinet face and the freezer gasket at the bottom pushing the gasket out and allowing warm air in to freeze up on bottom sside of the freezer drawer stopping the door from opening. i explained to cx that if i force the door open i risk damaging the freezer liner and door. advised cx to shut the unit off and defrost it for 48 hours with a towel under the front of the unit incase any water melts and runs out. door should open freely at that point so cx can remove the item thats stuck and cx should call back if door still wont open. job complete"

CX complaint DW - lower spray arm not rotating. Found unit is leaning forward possibly letting arm contact lower rack. Found unit is noit secured to cabinet & can move & shift when opening door. Leveled & squared unit to cabinet & leaned slightly back. Secured with 2 screws. Reset & clock lower wash arm. F6E1 low water error possibly due to unit lean fwd. Cleared error code & ran test wash 2X. Lower arm is rotating - no clicking or making contact with tub sides or rack. NO LEAKS under unit. CX did not want to pay for SC & labor. Called office > JJ

Explained that prior to install of the part, there was no water vs now there is and the pressure now is due to the house line and showed him. Job complete"

"fa-e4 fa-e5 8-2 ... ck fnd unit is giving an error for the diverter not returning to home and an error for a leak at the diverter. also the unit is showing a fill circuit fault... verified no leaks from the diverter, but the diverter is generating clicking noises... the unit will need the sump, but will need the control due to circuit faults and the vent motor assy due to possably causing faults with the control. also the diverter disc seems warped.... need parts...; ordrng 1 w11410062 (control) and 1 w11414073 (vent assy) and 1 w10903468 (diverter disc)"

cx complaint unit leaks from front left on any cycle other than quick wash. inspected and found that at the time of service delicates and quick wash were the only cycles without the fabric softener activated. ran component activation in diag and found after several activations of the fabric softener vavle the unit began to pool water below the front left corner. this is a known point of failure but not listed as a seervice pointer. called techline and unti was deemed as non-repairable. sr7733850500
