"Cx complaint the unit's breaker trips mid-cycle. Entered service mode and found no error codes. Ran auto test and it completed without issues. Cx placed items in unit and ran regular/normal cycle. During spin, right before reaching max RPMs the breaker tripped. Found proper voltage at the motor but it was too hot too touch. Attempted to replace motor and found it missing top plastc spindle. Ordering motor, once part is in contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor)"

"F5E1 door switch door stuck open, F8E2 inlet water valve electrical issue. Customer complaint unit is not drying. I tested the unit and found the unit is overload plates on top of each other and no rinse aid in the dispenser. Unit needs rinse aid to dry and also plates need to be spaced out fro air flow and porper drying. I adjusted the door switch there was debry on it i cleaned it and teted. Unit is working correctly. Theyh just need to use rinse aid and not stucking dishes on top of eachother. he got the unit months after pop. leaving pop from dispatch."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is making a lot of noise in the Wash Cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error codes are F0E3 = Overload Error. ( Advised that the cx watch the size of the load / soap amount when loading washer.) F2E1 = Stuck Key. Ran Key Activation Test. All Keys went out. Cleared all error codes. I then checked under the Washer. Found that the Gearcase is Leaking Oil. ( Advised that the cx doesn't use the unit. Advised that the Gearcase could leak water at this point.) Unit will need the Gearcase = W11393685 & Clutch = W10734521. If the cx calls back order these parts. Don't go without parts. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Card. Cx is paid in full.

"cx complaint unit having exact same issue as last time. door locks then unit does nothing else but time still counts down. inspected unit and verified complaint. unable to enter diagnostics to check for errors but symptoms match service pointer. i also know that we did a 'muscle project' for these units with this issue in a new condo building and whirlpool wanted us to replace control, valve and pressure switch. ordering control, valve and pressure switch and marking preid latch as will use on return in case needed. need 2nd tech to unstack dryer. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts.; ordrng 1 W11574590 (control) and 1 W11044834 (valve) and 1 W11044866 (pressure switch)"
