Cx complaint is that the unit is making the vibrating noise intermittently. Upon arrival I found that the previous repairs are still intact. I didn find that the lines from the compressor to the condensor are touching the bottom plate. I also found that the bolts holding the compressor in were slightly loose allowing it to vibrate. I was able to adjust the lines and tighten the compressor. I was able to get the noise to subside. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

I checked the major loads again and all are working. I called WP techline and they had me check the RC thermistor's ohms reading. It read 8k ohms (32 degrees), but the overall temp is 21 degrees. "cx complaint unit is making a grinding sound while spinning. inspected unit and entered diag and found error code f5e3. cleared code and ran a auto test. as soon as the spin basket began to spin i hear something grinding. removed top cover and rear cover. as soon as i pulled the rear cover off i heard something hit the floor. looked down to find the end of the rotor bolt head on floor. rotor bolt snapped off in the shaft of the transmission. found the rotor came loose and was grinding on the stator. ordering 1 (W10901030), 1 W11253212), 1 (2tech), 1 (2 call count). will reuse stator and rotor on return visit. please call cx once everything is approved.; ordrng 1 W10901030 (tub-outer) and 1 W11253212 (screw)"

cx complaint when using bake unit is fine but when using convect bake the back left of the oven seems to burn the food and when using convect food takes just as long if not longer to cook. was able to access unit and verify 242VAC incoming power. Entered diagnostic and found no saved codes. Found temp sensor at 1078 Ohms at room temp. Preheated temp and verified using thermocoupler. Called techline and spoke to JR 7733871473. Unit operating as designed no further work needed refereing Cx to cx service 866-698-2538

"Attempted to replace interlock and found the bottom portion of switch wouldn't fit into clip attached to liner. The clip was being bent up and down causing it to weaken. Contacted TL and found that the wrong interlock had been ordered and was given correct part number to order. When placing old interlock back in, the bottom clip broke off. arrived temps are 30 and 49 checked freezer evaporator and llooks to be a low charge what frost pattern is showing me. hooked up low side guage can do high and low side pressure is minus 7 then will go up to 0 then back to 7. open system and alot of freon came out/air was alot more than i wwas expecting due to how the temps are. isolated cabinet side condenser loop through cabinet did not loose pressure then cap/returnline side held pressure not sure if we still have a leak or not. installed a uv drier then vacumed unit down and filled to 5 oz then called techline spoke to rich#7733869040 documented issue and now we have to see what happen.

"complaint is the unit not running cycles. cx said the unit stopped in the middle of a cycle but they ran a drain and spin then tried another load and it would not start. unit had some water in it when i arrived. checked for codes and found F32 long drain. tried running drian pump, cant hear it running, no water flows. found no damage to harness, pump reads 15.7 ohmsn at the pump. found same reading at the control. control is not sendinng voltage when i try running the pump. i removed water and ran a high speed spin. unit spins smoothly. unit will need control board. cx paid service call. said she will talk it over with husband then call the office.; ordrng 1 W10763749 (control board)"
