"Cs unit never cooled ,new unit. Previous tech suspected a ss leak but didnt order an evap. I cut into the system and installed process stub and added dye. Filled with 125psiof nitrogen, held nitrogen for over 45mins, pulled a -29 vaccum and it also held the vaccum.System has no r600 when i cut into the system . No leaks detected at this time. Filled with 50g r600 , unit started buidling a frost pattern and pressures a great. Advised to leave unit plugged in and if it stops cooling again to call us back. Pre-id evap.; ordrng 1 looklook (If customer calls back bring evap.)"

"CX complains unit is not heating at all but rotates. Cx states this has been issue for about a week and prior to this it seemed like cloths were coming out damp after dry cycle. CX is within manufacture warranty. Verified unit is recieving 122.3vAC to L1, 121.4vAC to L2 and 248vAC between L1 and L2. element reads 9.8 ohms, tco reads O.L. was able to replace tco with pre i.d part, tested unit and unit now heats. Found unit vents to be blocked causing buildup of heat, cx will need to get vents cleaned to avoid further issues. No further work needed. CX DECLINED EMAIL."

Cleared errors, ran auto test, completed with no errors, ran DLMS calibration and another auto test, unit is working properly. Recommended cx run clean washer cycle, use quick wash for smaller, more lightly soiled loads."

"Customer complaint unit was making a loud grinding noise when unit was slowing down after spin cycle arrived today and verified complaint found no error codes, but during diagnostic cycle, I could hear unit grinding a little bit, and when it was slowing down, it sounded like the actuator had not engaged all the way, causing the splotch to grind.
