"I installed the ordered parts and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is door gaskets are working as designed. However the food is still freezing in the RC. I checked the major loads again and all are working. I called WP techline and they had me check the RC thermistor's ohms reading. It read 8k ohms (32 degrees), but the overall temp is 21 degrees. The RC thermistor needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W10316760 (thermistor) and 1 W11527432 (light assembly)"

took lots of pictures of this issue. the compressor box has a bag sealing in another box. opened the bag and the inner box is covered in oil. opened the box and the discharge port of the compressor is opened to the atmosphere and is where all the oil stains are at. the process port has the rubber plug torn. called the office and this part is directly from whirlpool not the parts distributer. part is also on backorder; ordrng 1 w11092625 (compressor) and 1 w10913906 (coupler) and 1 WPW10143759 (filter)

Cx complaint is that the dispenser is is not dispensing detergent or rinse aid. Upon arrival I found that the dispenser door spring was bent and not allowing it to close properly. I was able get the spring in place and functioning. I also found that the cx was checking the level of the rinse aid every load. I explained that the dispenser holds several loads worth of rinse aid.
