"I came to install the ordered parts. When I removed the ice from the evap I found the defrost connector was disconnected as well as the eap fan. I have seen this multiple times, I believe the position of the evap harness rest on the evap is causing the connectors to seperate. When ice forms inside the connector I think the ice is causing the connectors to seperate. I positioned the connector higher away from contact with the evap with a loose zip tie. The unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint, unit not completing cycle. instructed cx on proper use on my previous visit. initial test found no stored. codes. also noticed one of the valves was off. tested unit, got an F8E1 error for long fill which coulkd cause the current issue. as stated on last visit, the basket/gearcase seems out of round. i adjusted the watervalve, instructed cx to try the unit, if issue persists, order Basket (W11513243) and gearcase (W11449840)"

"cx complaint the unit is making a loud noise and walking all over the place during operation. checked the unit and found the level feet were unlevel. also i found that the rotor was not fully seated to the gearcase. this can cause abnormal noises during the spin/ wash cycle. therefore, i reseated the rotor to the gearcase and also leveld the unit out. tested the unit in high spin mode and normal cycle. unit is running as designed. if issue persists please call us back."

"cx complaint smoke detector goes off when running hood fan, previous unit didnt do this. inspected unit and verified complaint. after talking with cx found last microwave was not set up to exhaust out vent. found vent is just a hole in the wall that leads to laundry room, doesnt even go outside. advised cx i can either flip blower motor back to exhaust out top of unit or he can have a handyman correctly install a vent. cx wants me to flip blower back. flipped motor to exhaust out top of unit. tested unit. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist."

arrived temps are 30 and 49 checked freezer evaporator and llooks to be a low charge what frost pattern is showing me. hooked up low side guage can do high and low side pressure is minus 7 then will go up to 0 then back to 7. open system and alot of freon came out/air was alot more than i wwas expecting due to how the temps are. isolated cabinet side condenser loop through cabinet did not loose pressure then cap/returnline side held pressure not sure if we still have a leak or not. installed a uv drier then vacumed unit down and filled to 5 oz then called techline spoke to rich#7733869040 documented issue and now we have to see what happen.

took lots of pictures of this issue. the compressor box has a bag sealing in another box. opened the bag and the inner box is covered in oil. opened the box and the discharge port of the compressor is opened to the atmosphere and is where all the oil stains are at. the process port has the rubber plug torn. called the office and this part is directly from whirlpool not the parts distributer. part is also on backorder; ordrng 1 w11092625 (compressor) and 1 w10913906 (coupler) and 1 WPW10143759 (filter)

"cx complaint is the ice maker not working. cx said it worked for a week, was running very loud. it now does not work and cx has water on the floor of the freezer section. ice on floor is being caused by clogged drain line. cleard drain line. IM is making a clicking nose and wheel does not advance. if i push the wheel inward slightly noise stops and wheel jerks back and forth but will not advance. unit will need new IM.; ordrng 1 D7824706Q (ice maker)"
