"I came to install the ordered parts. When I removed the ice from the evap I found the defrost connector was disconnected as well as the eap fan. I have seen this multiple times, I believe the position of the evap harness rest on the evap is causing the connectors to seperate. When ice forms inside the connector I think the ice is causing the connectors to seperate. I positioned the connector higher away from contact with the evap with a loose zip tie. The unit is working as designed."

cx complaint is water leaking from ice dispensor and now the unit is not making ice. water dispensor works fine. i could not removed the bin. found ice build up holding it in place. once melted i could remove bin and found IM covered in ice build up. i removed IM assembly and cleared all ice from it. found debry from cabinet insulation clogging the funnel on IM. once clear i put IM back and restored power. IM cycled on its own and filled properly. unit is working as designed.
