Customer had advised me he was told to remove the glass from the cooktop. Went to install glass cooktop as stated in ticket. CX said that he wanted all the burners replaced because of the insulator was damaged from removing the glass. The springs on user interface were also tampered with and seem to be pulled up. "CX complaint is no cool and power issues. Inspected/tested and verified complaint. Found RC at 49 and FC at 22. No sign of drain tube being clogged. Could not verify power issue because it did not happen in front of me. Ran test 4 and all fans and compressor run, 3 way valve also working. No frost pattern on RC. CX states lights go out and unit powers down. They reset the breaker and it comes back on. Also breaker not tripping. Ordering control, pantry harness(paid for by CX) and compressor, RC evap, V drier and coupler which are CBE. Charged CX 120 SC fee and non CBE parts as well as 15 for shipping. CX paid 409.39 by AMEX. Cannot reschedule at this time. 3 CT SS Job; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (cntrl-elec) and 1 W11170612 (harns-wire) and 1 W10832994 (compressor) and 1 W11492867 (RC evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (dryer) and 1 W11506650 (coupler)"

"cx complaint smoke detector goes off when running hood fan, previous unit didnt do this. inspected unit and verified complaint. after talking with cx found last microwave was not set up to exhaust out vent. found vent is just a hole in the wall that leads to laundry room, doesnt even go outside. advised cx i can either flip blower motor back to exhaust out top of unit or he can have a handyman correctly install a vent. cx wants me to flip blower back. flipped motor to exhaust out top of unit. tested unit. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist."
