i was able to access unit and found the thermistor was not tight on the evap suction line. i was able to bend tab and use a zip tie to keep it in place. also used the tie downs to bring the evap tight to the back of the wall. used the new evap cover with some gaskets i had in van stock to tightly seal the evap in its housing. the drip pan itself was not warped and was straight. unit now checks good.; used 4 w11573592 (gasket) from stock

cx complaint the unit is not cooling. checked unit and found the compressor to be not coming on. checked the unit and found no refrigerant in the system. tried to fill and check for leaks but the compressor would not come on. compressor had 120 vac to it and still not turning on. the thermal protector is tripped internally. unit will need a new compressor to resolve the issue. ; ordrng 1 W11370574 (compressor) and 1 nitrogen (nitrogen)

"arrived at cx house to diagnose washer not draining. upon arrival cx said she has to take her daughter to school and asked if i could wait 20min for her to get back saying she didnt get a timeframe. advised timeframe was sent to email on file and may have to check spam folder, verified email is her husband. advised i can only wait 10min before i have to move on. gave cx ty card for her to reschedule and advised to get her email in system also. waited 10min and moved on, marking preid parts as will use on return; saved tckt"

"cx complaint unit making sound of water splashing louder than usual intermittently while filling/washing. cx nephews here for appt, and theyre not too familiar with issue, one of them said they heard it and it sounds like water splashing not a squealing noise that the sumps on these make sometimes. ran diagnostics, no errors. ran test cycle no noises. one of nephews said it may be spray arm rubbing on plate that may be too big or cx loading bowls and cups wrong so they can hold water and possiblt flip over dumping water. advised i cant find anything wrong with unit at this time and to try to get noise on video for us if it keeps happening."
