Checked evap covers and no icing on. Did however find a chunk of ice at the left FC door slide and frosting on the right FC door sliding leading to believe the door is sticking open at times and allowing frost to build up around the FC evap fan and while closed firmly, like at the moment, it goes away. Wife had then said when I asked there was some frost build up on the food in the FC. Talked to CX about recording noise the next time it is present and taking notice to if it is happening when RC or FC fans are running or if stops when they stop. "cx complaint looks like a piece of plastic fell off lower spray arm and unit not cleaning dishes well. also upper rack rusting. inspected unit and verified complaint. took lower spray arm off and can see theres no plastic broken off or missing, must have been an illusion but noticed the spray arms are clogged up with food debris. bottle wash asm is also clogged but cx doesnt want to replace that at this time since she never uses it. ran diagnostics had f6e1 low water stored but in test cycle water covered element. test cycle ran good. unit will need spray arms and upper rack replaced, rack covered by entitlements. quoted 401.43, paid in full with c/c. replaced lower spray arm and ordering upper spray arm and upper rack. scheduled return visit for 6/20; ordrng 1 WPW10448645 (upper spray arm) and 1 W10728863 (upper rack)"

arrived freezer 30 fridge 46 opened system and had more freon in it than expecting but maybe was air mixed with freon. took fridge apart to find ice build up on right side like low charge. replaced the fridge eavporator due to leaking freon then added coupler to compressor and drier then vacumed unit down then filled to 6 oz and started cooling. told cx to give 24 hours to get down to temps. unit is good
