cx complaint when using cooktop the microwave fan will turn on and when cooking in microwave he said it smokes up. inspected unit and infomred cx its normal for fan to turn on by itself it means microwave is getting hot and will turn back off when cools down. i then tested vent fan and found on high and low sounds the same. i heated water and steam is staying inside unit is not smoking its the steam. pulled microwave down and found screens on the back need to be remooved/cut out so removed put back together and tested and fan works now on both speeds then heated glass of water and fan is blwing steam out now. unit is good to go

cx says the freezer is not freezing all the way. found the freezer temp is 20f and refrigerator temp is 37f when i arrived. set to -1f and 37f. unplugged the unit and pressures equilized to 5psi. started the unit and the low side pressure is -15psi and high side pressure is 75psi. compressor amp draw is .6aac. pressurized the unit with nitrogen to 140psi and bubble checked the unit. no leaks found. waited 30 minutes and found pressures dropped 2 psi. called tech support and spoke with a rich. under review

"After previous visit, I had found this unit had a AWI sensor failure arrived today and turn power off the unit went inside of unit and removed cover under wash arm and found water removed water with vacuum removed bottom panel and disconnected harness and removed Owi sensor. Reinstalled, new part, and connected harness Reassembled unit inside and powered on made sure there was no error codes and tested unit unit filled with water and started washing. Forced drain and drain pump. Worked properly explain to customer that the inside of this unit is very filthy and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. I explained this problem will continue to happen, please please please make sure the inside of this unit is clean. Unit is working as intended. Job complete."

CX complaint: no ice and frosting on shelves in FC. Tested and verified complaint. I found ice chute full of ice. Also by description it sounds like door wasnt closed all the way a couple times. I adjusted the level legs to lean unit back slightly so door closes easier. Cleared ice chute. When IM was cycling it hesitated twice so i gave CX a price to replace IM WPW10300022 and saved quote. CX complaint is fabric dispenser leaking. Inspected/tested and found water pouring out dispenser when activating valve. Replaced dispenser from prior diagnosis and retested and same result. Spoke to Joe @ WPTL. Went over finsings and he suggested turning water at wall down. I turned valves at wall down half way and the issue ceased. Went over what Joe and I talked about with Cx and found out that the guy who installed their filtration system turned the house pressure up to 80. Also found drain line shoved 2ft down inside standpipe so I corrected that issue also. Unit itself is now working properly. Job is complete
