Cx complaint is that the unit os not cooling in the RC section again. Upon arrival I found frost built up again on the evap cover. I removed the evap cover and and found that the evap was frosted over again. I disconnected the harness from the cabinet and checked the resistence to the heater. I was unable to get a reading. I then disconnected the harness from the heater and found that it is reading at 93 Ohms. I replaced the evap harness and then ran the heater test in diag mode and found that the element is now heating as intedned. Job complete

"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found multiple f8e0 f8e1 error codes. I checked the fan voltage and the both were receiving 122v. I removed the fans and noticed that they were installed crooked, so the fan blade was making contact with the chassis causing it to hum but not move. I correctly positioned the blower fan and tested them for the cx. I preheat both ovens to 350 and they both reached the set temp. The unit is working as designed."

I fixed the drawer then moved onto the main complaint. Contacted Tech Line and was given 77338783. Found Water sitting inside the icemaker inbetween the metal heater and the tray. Ran Diagnostic and found Code E5 Tech Line stated the water valve is overfilling, causing the facia to leak water into the icebox and water running down the front of the unit. PEr tech line, im ordering a tube of food grade silicone WP482338 to help fill and seal and gaps in cabinet around freezer. "Cx complaint unit making ice slowley. Inspected and found ice bin has little ice. Checked ice cream and was rock solid. Put ice maker through harvest test and went through with no issues. Mold seemed like it filled a little on the light side but should affect amount unit is making ice. Ice maker or control stalling but cant tell which given ice maker havested. Ordering new Ice Maker, Control plus returning with Pre-IDed Valve. Plus CX paid for a Water FilterCX -MJrob; ordrng 1 W11546935 (Ice Maker) and 1 W11566851 (Control) and 1 EDR1RXD1 (Filter)"

i was able to access unit and found the thermistor was not tight on the evap suction line. i was able to bend tab and use a zip tie to keep it in place. also used the tie downs to bring the evap tight to the back of the wall. used the new evap cover with some gaskets i had in van stock to tightly seal the evap in its housing. the drip pan itself was not warped and was straight. unit now checks good.; used 4 w11573592 (gasket) from stock
