"CX Complaint Water Leaking and ice freezing into a big ball6/14/2022 - DF Found ice build up in freezer compartment from water leaking and loose drawer. I fixed the drawer then moved onto the main complaint. Contacted Tech Line and was given 77338783. Found Water sitting inside the icemaker inbetween the metal heater and the tray. Ran Diagnostic and found Code E5 Tech Line stated the water valve is overfilling, causing the facia to leak water into the icebox and water running down the front of the unit. PEr tech line, im ordering a tube of food grade silicone WP482338 to help fill and seal and gaps in cabinet around freezer. Cx complaint is that the unit os not cooling in the RC section again. Upon arrival I found frost built up again on the evap cover. I removed the evap cover and and found that the evap was frosted over again. I disconnected the harness from the cabinet and checked the resistence to the heater. I was unable to get a reading. I then disconnected the harness from the heater and found that it is reading at 93 Ohms. I replaced the evap harness and then ran the heater test in diag mode and found that the element is now heating as intedned. Job complete

cx complaint is with unit making a zapping or buzzing sound and when running the lights dim at times. says also unit vibrates against cab and might be issue as well. checked fan and ran unit multiple times. heard sound once but it was quick. she had a recording but kinda hard to pick up and pin point issue. adjusted unit as best it could be with pre drilled holes. advised we can drill more holes or enlarge either. we ran unit a bunch more and it was quiet as can be. she advised to leave it alone now it adjusted in case it was that and they will see what happens and if needed we will look at it again when we come back for other unit.

Customer complaint unit is not making ice. I tested teh unit and the uinit is not getting water. The line is on. I remvoed the fitting and found a rubber seal still in it. I removed it and tested the unit is now leaking. I added teflon to the fitting and is good but some on already crossthread it. I was able to get it and not leaking. I adviced the custoemr to replace it with a better one metal preffered because the fitting could leak eventually. He said he will change it. Ice amekr is filling now. Unit is back to normal operations.

Cx complaint is that qfter the last repair the top oven has been taking 2 hours to preheat. Upon arrival I attempted to preheat the oven and found that after about 20 mins the temp had not gone above 140 per my thermocoupler. I also found that the broil element was not heating up during the preheat cycle. I removed the top cover and found that the P3-1 connector was not secured on both pins. I was only making contact on one of the connectors. I was able to reconnect the harness securely. I found that unit then preheated and held temp. Job complete

"Cx complaint is dryer making scraping noise. tested and verified complaint. checked diagnostics for error codes and found F2E1 and F4E3 error codes. UI had a stuck button but ran the diag test and it cleared the problem. Dryer was also having restricted air flow that was corrected with adjusting the vent pipe on the back of the unit. Tested dryer for more error codes and heard the scraping sound, exposed drum and motor and checked for objects in felt lining, check rollers and belt and pulley that showed signs of dust and wear but not the source of the sound. the sound is coming from the motor as it builds and lowers speed. Ordering motor which is covered part, also ordering dryer repair kit. rescheduled for 6/27/22; ordrng 1 W11126010 (motor-drve) and 1 4392067 (dryer repair kit)"

i was able to access unit and found the thermistor was not tight on the evap suction line. i was able to bend tab and use a zip tie to keep it in place. also used the tie downs to bring the evap tight to the back of the wall. used the new evap cover with some gaskets i had in van stock to tightly seal the evap in its housing. the drip pan itself was not warped and was straight. unit now checks good.; used 4 w11573592 (gasket) from stock
