CX complaint is that the tuni is maki9ng a noise during the spin cycle. I was able to enter diag mode and found no errors. I then ran a test cycle and found the unit to be opperating as designed. CX informed me that the noise onluy happens when iteams are in the unit . I had CX load the unit and ran the spin . I found the unit again to be opperatign as designed. CX insist that the utni is makin g a noise and has done so since POP. I advised CX to run the unit as they have been and to capture the nose on video and call back in for service. I could not recreate the noise .

came out to replaced part and took unit apart and tested first as it was not done the first time. turned gas on and 1 burner at a time to find issue and bad leak from middle burner. found fuel line at valve to burner not even on valve or tight. tightened and tested and no leaks found. rasn all 5 burners on high to test and unit now checks and cx smells no gas from uniut. home has a slight gas smell from testing and working on unit. cx will let home air out and see how it does with the smell. . job complete.

"cx complaint unit still tripping breaker, cx ran extension cord to another outlet on different circuit and it still tripped that breaker. cx said she noticed it doesnt trip if she runs a smaller load on cold but does trip with a larger load on warm. ran diagnostics, no errors stored. test cycle ran fine but some noises during agitation seemed unusual. no play in gearcase, no oil. everything testing good. motor ohms out good but seems thats the only thing issue could be. ordering motor and capacitor. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor)"
