"CX complaint: turn dial not working, message to select a cycle. Tested and verified complaint. Voltages from ACU to UI was incorrect. 2vac and 7vac. Replaced ACU and tested and still turn knob not working. Replaced Fascia, cleared the connecting to WiFi and trhen waited 5 min but it did not sync with ACU. Retried 2 more times with reconnecting original fascia after first try and gave it 5min to sync to make sure that wasnt the problem. Afterwards, when i put original fascia back on, it resumed normal function. Fascia is intermitantly working. Reordering fascia. Cannot reschedule due to lowes contract.; ordrng 1 W11413567 (fascia)"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found multiple f8e0 f8e1 error codes. I checked the fan voltage and the both were receiving 122v. I removed the fans and noticed that they were installed crooked, so the fan blade was making contact with the chassis causing it to hum but not move. I correctly positioned the blower fan and tested them for the cx. I preheat both ovens to 350 and they both reached the set temp. The unit is working as designed."

Did however find a chunk of ice at the left FC door slide and frosting on the right FC door sliding leading to believe the door is sticking open at times and allowing frost to build up around the FC evap fan and while closed firmly, like at the moment, it goes away. Wife had then said when I asked there was some frost build up on the food in the FC. "complaint is the same as all previous visits. unit doesnt drain at end of cycle. when i arrived unit was full of water and was beeping. i pressed cancel and unit drained fine. checked for codes and found F9E1 long drain, F10E2 vent wax fan issue, F8E4 overfill. same codes as before. i called techline, they had me verify the 90 on the drian line is not pintched, high loop is installed and drain lines look clear. they said they have had issues with drain pumps not working when they get hot and poor connections in the harness. advised replacing both. 7733880418. ordering drain pump, harness and control board to be safe. schedule when parts are avilable.; ordrng 1 W11568793 (harness) and 1 W11412291 (drain pump) and 1 W11410066 (control board)"

"F8E1 Long fill no fill. Customer complaint unti is not finishing cycle it gets stuck on wash. . I tested the unit and the found F8E1 error and wash light blinking. "complaint is the unit not heating properly and settings changing by themselves. cx tried starting a bake cycle at 375 and when she hit start the temp changed to 370 the PRE. cx said sometimes it will stop heating and go back to showing the time and when she sets timer it asks for a temp again. when cycle started interior light also turned on. i tried entering diagnostics but broil 500 degrees kept popping up instead. terminal block is properly wired, supplying 240. no damge to board. restored power and tried setting time but keypad wont respond. unit will need new contorl board. schedule when part is availble.; ordrng 1 W11567368 (control board)"
