"Cx complaint that the unit is not heating. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found multiple f8e0 f8e1 error codes. I checked the fan voltage and the both were receiving 122v. I removed the fans and noticed that they were installed crooked, so the fan blade was making contact with the chassis causing it to hum but not move. I correctly positioned the blower fan and tested them for the cx. I preheat both ovens to 350 and they both reached the set temp. The unit is working as designed."

"CX complaint water dispensed has bad taste.Tasted water using a clean glass and the water seemwd to be ok to me. Inspected water reservoir, found it clean. Called tech line, spoke to Robert ( 7733877423), he advised to replaced the braided water supply line with a pex one per sp w10535152. Advised cx that the water supply line replacement cannot be covered by the warranty, and also advised cx that this part replacement will help with the water taste but I cannot guarantee 100% satisfaction since water taste is related to the personal taste. The cx wants to ask a plumber to replace the water line with a pex one."
