I ran manual spin and agitate, there was no motion at all only humming from under the motor. I checked the capacitor and it read OL for ohms. The unit needs a new capacitor. I replaced the part tested and calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

Checked evap covers and no icing on. Did however find a chunk of ice at the left FC door slide and frosting on the right FC door sliding leading to believe the door is sticking open at times and allowing frost to build up around the FC evap fan and while closed firmly, like at the moment, it goes away. Wife had then said when I asked there was some frost build up on the food in the FC. Talked to CX about recording noise the next time it is present and taking notice to if it is happening when RC or FC fans are running or if stops when they stop. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling again. Checked the unit for Dye. Checked the Compressor Section. No Dye. Checked the Refrigerator Evaporator. No Dye. I then checked the Freezer Section. No Dye. Checked pressures on the unit. Low Side is at -15. High Side is reading 80 - 70 Psi. Unit will not hold a charge. Checked the Floor for Dye. No Dye found. I then shut the unit off to see if the pressures would equalized the pressure. Pressure equalized to 35 Psi on both sides. Per Whirlpool Techline this unit has been reported as Non - Repairable at this time. Cx is advised to call Whirlpool Techline.

Cx complaint is that the unit os not cooling in the RC section again. Upon arrival I found frost built up again on the evap cover. I removed the evap cover and and found that the evap was frosted over again. I disconnected the harness from the cabinet and checked the resistence to the heater. I was unable to get a reading. I then disconnected the harness from the heater and found that it is reading at 93 Ohms. I replaced the evap harness and then ran the heater test in diag mode and found that the element is now heating as intedned. Job complete

"CX Complaint Water Leaking and ice freezing into a big ball6/14/2022 - DF Found ice build up in freezer compartment from water leaking and loose drawer. I fixed the drawer then moved onto the main complaint. Contacted Tech Line and was given 77338783. Found Water sitting inside the icemaker inbetween the metal heater and the tray. Ran Diagnostic and found Code E5 Tech Line stated the water valve is overfilling, causing the facia to leak water into the icebox and water running down the front of the unit. PEr tech line, im ordering a tube of food grade silicone WP482338 to help fill and seal and gaps in cabinet around freezer. Seperator Assembly W10919724 Ice Chute Plate Assembly W11347435 and a dual Water Valve W11482383.; ordrng 1 WP482338 (Food Grade Silicone) and 1 W10919724 (Seperator Assembly) and 1 W11347435 (Ice Chute Plate Assembly) and 1 W11482383 (Dual Water Valve)"
