"installed compressor drier and evap and pulled unit into 30 inch vacuum and held. unit held vacuum with no leaks. charged unit with 4.8oz of 134a and tested. unit developed full frost pattern upon completion. unit now checks good. note: scale was used to enter 134a and measured to4.8oz. however, when filling did obseve that the pressures on both the low and high side were slightly higher than usual. possibly a simply hotter ambient temp than usual and is irrelevant to unit function. only detailing in the event of a 'frost back' situation."

Cx complaint that the unit is still making a loud rumbling noise. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I let the unit run for 30 min and it finally made the noise. I checked airflow to the exterior of the home with the unit on and I felt no air at the end of the duct. The blower wheel is good to go with no excessive lint built up. The lack of airflow is causing high heat in the cabinet. The sound is coming from the blower wheel and motor rumbling from the high temp. The cx needs to fully professionally clean the entire duct line. If the issue continues I recommend a new blower wheel and motor. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. I left the cx with the quote.; ordrng 1 WPW10508324 (motor 212.57)

CX Complaint is the unit was making noise and now its not doing anything. Unit has error F2E1 F7E1 F0E5 inspected unit and found nothing between basket and drum ran techometer test and its reading properly. Ran diag and found when basket goes to spin only washplate is spinning pulled basket and found the hub teeth are gone so its not allowing basket to spin. Replaced hub and calibrated unit and tested unit is working properly.

Customer complaint unit is not working. I tested power and im getting 110 votls ac to the black and 110 to the white and across im getting 24 vac. The unit is not getting correct coltage. I turn off the brekaer and the black wire still getting 13 volts. Something is not right with electrical. Not getting correct voltage. Cx needs to call electrician to get correct voltage. 120 to the black 0 at white. She said but the other one worked fine. It could be a really old one that did not care too much how voltage got to it but this new one voltage needs to be perfect. Wrong voltage.

Cx complaint FC section has ice build up and RC section is not cooling. Inspected unit found FC section has frost all around the cavity and RC section has moisture at the top of the cavity. Removed evap cover evap is normal. Bottom of evap the air flow channels are clogged with ice. Defrosted ice. Checked all gaskets no gaps. Advised cx to have everyone double check when closing doors. "Cx complaint that the unit is not spinning well and there's an odor in the unit. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found error codes: f0e3 f2e1. I cleared the codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no issues. I ran a manual spin and agitate, I did notice the unit was inbalanced. When in high speed spin the unit's violent shaking from inbalance cause the unit to stop. I leveled the unit and tested it again. I calibrated the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. For the odor I recommended using Affresh cleaning solutions. I collected the service call fee by CC."
