"F5E2 Door lock error. Customer complaint unit is squeeling during slow spin. Ran test found F5E2. Customer complaint unit is making squeeling and bearing sounds like grinsing.I notice the tube is not round. I found the squeeling noise is coming from a shock absorber and also the vellow is rubbing against when it spins. Unit will need new tub, bellow and shock absorbers. "Customer complaint unit was making a loud grinding noise when unit was slowing down after spin cycle arrived today and verified complaint found no error codes, but during diagnostic cycle, I could hear unit grinding a little bit, and when it was slowing down, it sounded like the actuator had not engaged all the way, causing the splotch to grind. Disconnected unit and went underneath and replaced all parts that were pre-diagnosed found white dust, all over splotch and actuator. Reassembled unit and powered unit ran diagnostic cycle again and now that sound is gone. Unit is now working as intended. Filled with 50g r600 , unit started buidling a frost pattern and pressures a great. Advised to leave unit plugged in and if it stops cooling again to call us back. Found F3E1 and F8E3 erros. Pressure hose and air trap ok, drain pump filter ok. The pressutre switch received 5Vdc from the control. Cx complaint is that the broil element came on by itself and was making a noise and displayed a warning to contact the authority. Upon arrival I found that the issue occured after about an hour to and hour and a half in a bake cycle at 325. Cx stated that they shut the breaker off to the unit and when repowering the unit is has functioned as intended since. I entered diag and found that it had no error codes stored. I then ran the test mode and found that the relays for bake and broil are clicking normally during the test. I started a broil cycle and found that the broil activated and shut off when cancelled. I then started a bake cycle at 350 and found that the unit is functioning in that cycle as well. I am unable to replicate at this time. cx will document if issue resurfaces.
