Installed new console. While i had it out she said something abouyt the cabinet screw holes the cabinet is splitting. i told her that that is from installation she said that her installed did not do. It could of been the last guy. All i did was taking screws out and the cabinets was split like taht. The wood splits when the hols are not drilled which is done on installation. She was upset about fixing the unit multiple times. she noted that the cabinets can not take another fix. I told her that that is something she needs to talk to jennair about. The unti is good and is not damaged. Unit is back to normal operations.

Ran test 3 and compressor came on but shut off with the UI displaying 01as if it were still running. No frost pattern on evap, but fans running. Unit will need sealed system repair with 3 call count. as per conversation with techline on 6/6/22 SR7732697445 replaced valve and ran test 57 to harvest then 45 to fill and during fill water STILL comes from dispenser as well as icemaker and in test 46 dispenser fill nothing happens. cx also stated that the power to the unit had gone off once more and that there are lights out in unit. found that the freezer led was out causing light issue. contacted techline again and spoke to ED 7732697445 disconnected harness and ran test 45 and no water came from dispenser. ohmed out lower harness diode from p3-3 and p3-4 to isolation valve tan and got 0.6 Ohms both ways. techline says to replace lower harness. once approved and in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W11601311 (3 point freezer led) and 1 W11190822 (lower harness)
