cx has a few issues with unit. says unit started not drying right and at time all the number dont display or parts of them are missing. unit also has not had updated element. she said unit just started with a draining issue and water is left in unit and unit says done or the code F9E1code for long drain shows. checked for codes and found the F9E1 and FAE2 F6E1 F1E2. cleared codes and tested and checked unit. unit wont drain in time drame and at times when pressing a setting the lights flicker. unit will need parts to correct issues. as soon as all parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11462458 (Control) and 1 W11416460 (Vent Fan) and 1 W11611303 (Harness) and 1 W11460962 (UI Housing) and 1 W11537778 (Element)

"cx complaint the unit is having the pulley sheild fall off every couple of weeks. checked the unit and found that the mounting holes on gearcase for the sheild are stripped. this allows the sheild to fall off over time with vibration. ordering a new gearcase. also a belt, pulley, and motor due to being damaged when the pulley came off. will return once the parts come in. cx is very unhappy with unit and feels it is a poor design. advised cx to contact cx service if they are still not happy.; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W11283592 (motor) and 1 W11481722 (actuator) and 2 WP22001995 (screw)s and 1 W11510461 (washplate)"
